Meghan Trainor is unable to smile due to excessive Botox use.

Meghan Trainor confessed that she overused Botox, but she has other cosmetic procedures planned for the future.

In the "Workin’ On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor" podcast, she disclosed that she received too much Botox and requires assistance.

I was convinced by someone that doing a lip flip with filler above my upper lip would give me a beautiful flip. However, I realized later that it was not true, and I had Botox on my forehead only a few times in my 30 years of living.

She stated on camera, "I can't smile anymore," and showed her limitations by saying, "This is the biggest smile I can give."

Ryan, Trainor's brother, confessed that he teased her about her inability to smile, and she replied, "Now, I can't unsee it."

She stated that she cannot smile anywhere she goes because her face aches when she tries to smile.

The "lip flip" technique involves injecting Botox into the corners of the mouth and the edges of the lips to make the muscles around the upper lip relax and appear to flip upward, making the lips look fuller than normal, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

Trainor's brother comforted his sister after teasing, assuring her that their family's beautiful smiles were enough and they didn't need to make any changes.

"My smile has the power to brighten up a room, and when it's absent, it leaves a dull atmosphere," Trainor stated. "I believe my inability to smile makes me feel unhappy."

She remembered that she had done Botox before and received compliments on her appearance, so she decided to do it again.

Botox lip flip was affecting Trainor's ability to smile, despite her admission to getting filler in her lips and being content with it.

In the near future, the 30-year-old plans to undergo a "boob job" or breast lift.

Daryl Sabara, the husband of the mom of two, revealed that her breast size changed after her pregnancies.

"I've lost some weight and my breasts now resemble saggy sacks," she stated.

Since she was a teenager, Trainor has desired to undergo a breast lift.

""I've always wanted boobs that don't sag, so I'm going to get a lift to achieve that," the "All About That Bass" singer stated, emphasizing that the actual size of her breasts wasn't the main concern."

"Perhaps a small implant would make them say, 'We are boobs,' because currently, they are not. However, I love my body and have desired this for a long time," she stated.
