In 2023, the "Transformers" star spoke to WWD about the "difficulty" of losing a child.
"That experience was much harder than I anticipated, and I've analyzed why it was so difficult for me. It's because when I was younger, I had an ectopic pregnancy. I've been through other similar issues, but not with someone I was so in love with," Fox said, referring to Kelly.
The miscarriage was particularly tragic for me due to the love element involved, resulting in a lot of grief and suffering. To cope with my emotions, I poured them into writing. Similarly, he wrote about his experiences in his albums, including a few songs specifically about the miscarriage. As a result, I felt inspired to share my story publicly since it had already been addressed in a similar manner through him, providing me with an opportunity to express my feelings as well.
In March, Fox appeared on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast and confessed that she and Kelly had ended their engagement.
At the time, Alex Cooper asked Fox, "It seems like everyone has an opinion on your relationship with MGK. You got engaged, then it was called off, and now we're unsure what's going on. Can you describe your current relationship with MGK?"
Jennifer's Body actress stated that all the things Cooper mentioned were accurate occurrences.
"Being in this relationship has taught me that it's not suitable for public display. As a result, I am not prepared to comment on the status of the relationship at this time," Fox stated.
She observed that despite any events that transpired between her and Kelly, the couple would always maintain a robust connection.
Fox stated, "I call him my 'twin soul' and there will always be a connection between us, no matter what. I cannot predict the extent of this bond, but it will always exist. Beyond that, I am not willing to disclose any further details."
