Mary Steenburgen, Ted Danson's wife, shares amusing details about their intimate life.
In 1995, the couple tied the knot and this year they will mark their 30th wedding anniversary.
Mary Steenburgen isn’t holding back.
The "Book Club" actress confessed a detail about their sex life while correcting her initial impression that her husband, Ted Danson, was a bit of a ladies' man before they met.
Steenburgen, who played a womanizer on "Cheers" from 1982 until 1993, admitted to People magazine on Friday at the Golden Gala red carpet that she admired him as an actor but didn't personally know him and had a misconception that he was a slick guy.
But she soon realized "how wrong" she was.
"Slick men don't say 'gosh-a-rooni' after making love. I'd like to apologize to my granddaughters," she joked.
Everyone who works with Danson values him highly, as there is a reason for this.
She said, "His kindness dictates the set we work on, which brings joy to all of us who are away from our families for long hours."

Ted Danson is the kind of father I fell in love with, and his beloved daughters are no exception. He loves them with all his heart and still made room for my own children, Lilly and Charlie. It's exciting to live life with Ted Danson.
Danson and Steenburgen first crossed paths in 1983 and tied the knot in 1995, and they each have two offspring from prior relationships.
According to Danson, the couple's most enjoyable time together is in the early morning.
"According to People, Danson said that the most enjoyable part of their 4:30 togetherness time is the early mornings. They enjoy having coffee in bed, playing Wordle, Connections, and Spelling Bee, talking and laughing, and sharing. To both of them, it feels like heaven on Earth."
He stated, "Regardless of her location in a different time zone, we will ensure to synchronize our schedules to participate in our games and enjoy a coffee call."
