On Instagram, Wahlberg revealed that he takes an ice bath "everywhere" he travels. In a video, the actor is shown shirtless as an employee of the hotel he was staying at helps him fill the bathtub with ice.
In the video, Wahlberg says, "Wow, we're getting that ice bath love everywhere we go. Now, I stay living that cold life."
He displayed the ice-filled cart following the hotel employee's request to "load up" the tub.
Rhea Durham, Wahlberg's wife of 15 years, wrote in the comment section, "Babe. So high maintenance."
Wahlberg is not only dedicated to his own fitness but also to helping others achieve their fitness goals. The actor has announced that he is opening a gym in Las Vegas that will cater to people of all fitness levels.

On Oct. 6, the day before his Las Vegas restaurant was set to open, the actor experienced a scare when the restaurant caught on fire.
At 6638 S. Las Vegas Blvd, a fireplace on fire had spread to the patio area of a business, and the Clark County Fire Department (CCFD) responded to the report, as confirmed by the CCFD to Planet Chronicle Digital.

Authorities said their team received a call at 5:32 p.m. PT.
Firefighters arrived to find a standalone restaurant with a fire on the patio, sprinklers activated, and occupants evacuated. The fire was confined to a single propane fire table. CCFD personnel were able to knock down the fire so that the propane tanks could be shut off.
The Mexican restaurant reopened at 7 p.m. after the fire was extinguished.
No damage was reported inside the restaurant, and no injuries were sustained.

The grand opening took place on schedule, and Wahlberg was accompanied by his wife for the special occasion. When asked about the secret to his successful 15-year marriage, Wahlberg revealed that he and Durham always support each other through any challenges that come their way. Mark and Rhea are parents to four children: Ella Rae, Michael, Brendan, and Grace.
Wahlberg stated to Planet Chronicle Digital that communication and having each other's support are crucial for their long-term relationship. He emphasized that they face challenges together, including raising children, and that they remain committed to each other. He added that their commitment was made in church, where he proposed and they got married.
