Lainey Wilson of 'Yellowstone' maintains her grounding through frequent conversations with God.
This week, the 31-year-old sang 'Save Me' with Jelly Roll at the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
Lainey Wilson relies on her faith for support amidst the pressures of fame and the music industry.
"The country star, 31, stated in an interview with Planet Chronicle Digital ahead of the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards that "my faith is what keeps me grounded.""
She stated, "I frequently speak excessively, but I also frequently converse with God. I believe it is crucial to remain grounded, and if that entails contacting family members, engaging in conversations with loved ones, or surrounding oneself with individuals who know and love them best, then those are the strategies I employ."
On Monday night at the music award show in Los Angeles, Wilson and Jelly Roll walked the red carpet together and performed at the Dolby Theater.
During their emotional, candlelit performance, the duo sang Jelly Roll's "Save Me."
Wilson shared with Planet Chronicle Digital in February that his dream has always been to sing and write country music, and the opportunities he has received are beyond his wildest imagination.
Frequently, the Louisiana native performs songs about her faith, such as "Me, You and Jesus" and "Sunday Best."
In 2022, Wilson shared with Southern Living's Biscuits and Jam podcast that the church played a significant role in his upbringing and family foundation. He stated, "We love Jesus, and I'm not sure where I would be on this journey without him. It's just a part of who I am."

The second half of the fifth season of the Kevin Costner-led Western, which was expected to air in November 2023, was postponed due to writers and actors' strikes.
This fall, the final episodes of "Yellowstone" will be released on Paramount Network.
The Dutton family's struggles with owning the largest ranch in the US are depicted in the show, which takes place in Montana and features Reilly, Cole Hauser, Luke Grimes, and Wes Bentley.
