Ketamine Queen, Matthew Perry's assistant, tried to conceal his overdose, according to medical records.
Matthew Perry's assistant is accused of obtaining the ketamine that led to the actor's overdose from the 'Ketamine Queen' through a middleman.
In the days after Matthew Perry's death, his assistant and alleged drug dealers tried to conceal the "Friends" star's ketamine overdose.
According to a plea agreement obtained by Planet Chronicle Digital, Perry's assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, along with middleman Erik Fleming and "Ketamine Queen" Jasveen Sangha, worked to destroy evidence that showed the actor was injected with ketamine multiple times on Oct. 28, provided by the trio.
Immediately after learning of Perry's death, Fleming and the "Ketamine Queen" tried to conceal their involvement in the incident, as per court documents. During a call on Oct. 28, Sangha and Fleming discussed distancing themselves from the drug deal by deleting digital evidence from their cellphones.
The court documents stated that Fleming was instructed by Sangha to erase all text messages exchanged between them and to update Signal's settings to automatically delete messages.
On Oct. 30, two days after Perry's death, Fleming and Perry's personal assistant spoke on the phone. Iwamasa admitted to "cleaning up the scene" by removing syringes and ketamine vials, as per the plea agreement.
Iwamasa asserted that he had "deleted everything," while Fleming appeared to shift responsibility onto Iwamasa in text messages to the "Ketamine Queen."
"The middleman wrote in a text message included in the plea agreement, "I'm 90% sure everyone is protected. I never dealt with [Victim M.P.]. Only his Assistant. So the Assistant was the enabler. Also, are they doing a 3-month tox screening? Does K stay in your system or is it immediately flushed out?""
On Oct. 28, Perry was killed by ketamine allegedly provided by Sangha and delivered to Iwamasa by Fleming.
At 8:30 a.m., Perry's assistant administered a shot of ketamine to the actor. By 12:45 p.m., Perry instructed Iwamasa to give him another injection while watching a movie. About 40 minutes later, Perry allegedly requested another injection, saying, "Shoot me up with a big one," according to the plea agreement.
