Kelly Osbourne criticizes celebrities for exploiting the LA fires for personal gain in a harsh speech.
Hollywood stars are criticized by Osbourne, 40, for using California fires to draw attention.
Kelly Osbourne criticized celebrities who, in her opinion, are exploiting the California fires for publicity.
Is it just me or is it really disturbing to see celebrities using other people's pain and suffering as a photo op to say, "Look, I'm helping, I'm doing this, I'm doing that?" she asked in a TikTok video earlier this week.
"I believe you help because you genuinely care, not for the attention. I'm confused, I think it's wrong," Osbourne, 40, stated. "No one asked you to come out and give hugs, go home."
Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's daughter did not mention any celebrities in her statement.
After Hollywood actress Justine Bateman accused Prince Harry and wife Meghan Markle of using the Palisades Fire as a "photo op," her comments followed.
"Bateman, 58, wrote to X on Saturday evening, stating that Meghan Markle and Harry were no different from ambulance chasers and that their actions were a "repulsive 'photo op' they achieved.""
"Are they politicians now?" she asked, referring to the media footage she had reposted on the social platform. "They don't live here; they are tourists. Disaster Tourists."
Fox 11 Los Angeles captured a video of Harry and Markle in Pasadena, interacting with the city's mayor, Victor Gordo.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle welcomed friends and family displaced by the wildfire and donated essentials to aid the affected community.

Tommy Lee, the drummer of Mötley Crüe, also criticized artists who promoted themselves during the fires.
Earlier this week, Lee, 62, criticized celebrities promoting albums and tours on social media amid the severe damage caused by fires in Los Angeles.
"Makes me sick to see most people continuing to post on lame social media!" Lee wrote on Instagram.
"Right now, nobody cares about your record or the next concert because so many people are in the midst of a major disaster!"
He ended his post by stating, "Although some comic relief is necessary, Jesus Christ, please refrain from using it and instead take a moment to assess who requires assistance."
On Jan. 9, Lee's band, Mötley Crüe, paid tribute to those affected by the Los Angeles fires through social media.
On January 7, deadly fires broke out in the Los Angeles area, forcing tens of thousands of residents to flee for safety as their homes and businesses were destroyed. Officials on Thursday said more than 30 people remain missing while two additional deaths brought the number of those dead to 27.
The Palisades Fire resulted in the death of 10 individuals, while the Eaton Fire claimed the lives of 17 people, according to a report released by the County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner on Thursday evening.
Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna informed reporters during a news conference that the department continues to collaborate with various partners in the recovery, identification, and notification of the deceased to the next of kin.
Officials are keeping evacuation orders in place around those sites because Luna predicted that more remains would likely be discovered in those areas.
Planet Chronicle Digital's Stephen Sorace contributed to this report.
