Keith Urban experiences a memorable 'rock n roll' moment when a fan throws her prosthetic leg on stage.
The prosthetic leg was signed by Urban and crowd surfed back to its owner.
Keith Urban has had his fair share of strange interactions with fans.
During his recent appearance on "The Kelly Clarkson Show," the 57-year-old country singer remembered a fan throwing an unexpected item on stage for him to sign.
"I was performing when a girl from the audience shouted, 'Can you sign my leg?'" Urban recounted. "I responded, 'Of course!' It was a memorable moment. This happened many years ago. I invited her up on stage, but she vanished. Then, she reappeared from the same spot and presented a prosthetic leg for me to sign!"
As he recalled the moment his leg landed with a thud, the "Blue Ain't Your Color" singer couldn't help but laugh. After signing it, he was left wondering how he would retrieve the prosthetic limb from its owner.
Kelly Clarkson joked that Urban should have crowd-surfed the leg back to the audience member it belonged to, and Urban confirmed that this actually happened.
""I gave it to the audience, and they surfed it back, and she popped it back on. It was rock and roll," Urban said."
There has been an increase in fans throwing unwanted objects on stage while watching their favorite artists perform, which is not an unusual occurrence.
"This was years, a long, long time ago. She's out there, I say yep come on up! Then she disappears, I couldn't see her. Then she pops up out of the same spot and throws this prosthetic leg up on stage!" — Keith Urban
At their concerts, both Luke Bryan and Morgan Wallen had fans throw cell phones onto the stage. Luke even tripped over the phone and fell over. Despite the interruption, both artists laughed it off. However, when it happened to Zach Bryan, he didn't find it amusing as the phone hit his bandmate.
"Who was it that threw this? Do you know? Who are we pointing at? Don't throw s--- at concerts, huh?" Zach asked the audience after the incident. He later added, "If you guys know who threw it, we can get 'em out of here. If we ever find out who did."

In September, Urban released his 11th studio album, "High," which was his first album in four years. He announced the album on Instagram, describing it as "completely expressive, true, and honest" to what he wanted to convey.
Urban revealed to The Associated Press that he believes this album represents the dual aspects of his personality.
"I am both dutiful and responsible, as well as animalistic and reckless. This album aims to capture the essence of both sides of me."
