Kacey Musgraves lashes out at fan who 'spoiled' her Tampa concert by grabbing her.
Currently on tour, the singer of 'Deeper Well' has received two Grammy nominations.
At her recent performance, Kacey Musgraves gave a handsy fan a piece of her mind.
On Friday, a video of the singer performing at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, went viral on TikTok as she walked through the crowd while singing.
The singer abruptly halted her performance after someone grabbed her arm, prompting her to exclaim, "What the f—k?"
After the incident, Musgraves walked to the stage and added an extra curse into the microphone as she moved.
The "Follow Your Arrow" singer spoke about the incident in a video shared from her Hollywood, Florida, show the following night.
"Last night, this Tampa woman made a joke that generated laughter but also boos for the person who grabbed her. She acknowledged that she ruined it for everyone."
"I thought I was going to have to get real East Texas on her. Take off my earrings," she continued. "Um, well, Florida goes hard," she added.
Musgraves' representatives did not respond to Planet Chronicle Digital's request for comment on her current Deeper Well World Tour.
Supporters of Musgraves cheered as she responded to the person who grabbed her with an expletive-filled comeback.
"Who does that? I hate seeing how quickly they stole the smile off her face," one person wrote.
"Celebrities defending themselves should stop because when they react, the ones in the wrong are perceived as the celebrity."
"She's better than me because I would have them kicked out by security," added a third.
Another celebrity has had to reprimand fans for excessive aggression during a performance.
In Washington, someone threw an object during Zach Bryan's concert at the Tacoma Dome, causing a member of his band to be hit.
"Throwing s--- at concerts is not allowed, right?" he asked the crowd before leaving to join his bandmate. "And if you know who did it, we can remove them from the premises," he added. "As long as we can identify the culprit."
