Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg reveal the secret to their 10-year marriage.
Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg marked their 10th wedding anniversary in August.
Despite being mocked for renewing their vows annually, Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg use the practice to revitalize their relationship.
In an interview with Planet Chronicle Digital, "The Masked Singer" judge McCarthy revealed that her husband introduced the special tradition to their marriage.
"Wahlberg revealed that he initially planned to do it as a surprise during the first year, thinking it would be enjoyable and unexpected. However, the experience was so emotional and powerful that he decided to make it an annual tradition. Despite not always informing her in advance, he spent nine years surprising her."
For their 10th wedding anniversary in August, both members of the couple were involved in the planning.
McCarthy stated that we renewed our vows at the place where we were married, with the assistance of our minister.
In the same room and position, Wahlberg responded.
"It really is like a reboot. Like we shut down our phone to reboot it. We upgrade our phone. This, to me, our renewals feel like an upgrade every time we do it." — Jenny McCarthy
"McCarthy stated, "It's crucial that we've done it now because people often make fun of us for doing it." He added, "How often, after being married for a long time, do you take the time to look into each other's eyes and listen to the commitment and repeat the words?""

"Our renewals feel like an upgrade every time we do it, just like shutting down our phone to reboot it and upgrade it," she said.
"Renewing vows is a profound thing to do, according to Wahlberg. It's funny how people have different opinions about it. For him, it's a magical experience that has been wonderful to do. While it may not be for everyone, he recommends trying it to anyone."
Despite celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary in August, the Wahlbergs have recently been the subject of divorce rumors.
McCarthy revealed in a joint interview with Planet Chronicle Digital that it was her close friends and family who informed her about the divorce rumors.
"Recently, there was a rumor circulating that we were getting divorced, and my relatives and close friends texted me asking if it was true. I was taken aback and asked Donnie if we should address the rumor. He responded by saying that we were solid and in love, and that rumors are just rumors."
"It's clear that we'll never part ways, just like 'till death do us part. I always make it clear to him that I want a lifelong commitment, and I'll make sure it happens. So, even after this life, I'll be with him forever," she said.
Last week, People reported that McCarthy's wedding dress was ruined on her wedding day because she and Wahlberg got busy in the garden after exchanging their vows.

Her dress was covered in grass stains before the couple celebrated their reception.
"McCarthy revealed to the outlet that there was no hope of salvaging the situation. Although he knew it was too much information, he didn't care because it was romantic and wonderful. At least he didn't have to do it at the end of the night when he was tired."
In 10 years, McCarthy has come to terms with not wearing her wedding dress during her vow renewal ceremony due to the significance of the story behind it.
During the wedding, we consummated the marriage, unlike many other married couples who get too tired to do so afterward, McCarthy told Planet Chronicle Digital.
"Yeah, before the wedding photos in fact," Walberg added.
On September 25, the new season of "The Masked Singer" premiered and McCarthy reprised her role as a judge on the panel.
McCarthy, the founder of Formless Beauty and star of HBO Max's "Euphoria," is most thrilled about the upcoming Barbie episode this season, as she shared with Planet Chronicle Digital.
Jenny McCarthy is most eagerly anticipating the 'The Masked Singer' episode that she will reveal to fans.
"The Barbie-themed episode we've incorporated is Oscar-worthy, even though we're not in film. Don't miss it, as it's next level."
McCarthy revealed that she approaches every episode of "The Masked Singer" with the same intensity as if it were the "Super Bowl."
She is extremely competitive and takes her competitiveness to the extreme, causing the judges to question the seriousness of the competition. She believes that this is her chance to win anything and is determined to do so.
Her husband was the celebrity that shocked her the most on "The Masked Singer."
Donnie Wahlberg's celebrity reveal was the most surprising to me, and I still can't believe I didn't guess my husband. People often ask us if we knew it wasn't him, and I can confirm that I had no idea.
Since we always tell the truth to each other, when he said he was in New York filming 'Blue Bloods,' he was actually on a set next to me while I was video chatting him.
I wore a tie and suit from 'Blue Bloods,' as Wahlberg stated.
"He was deceiving me, and I enjoy watching the reveal because my expression changes from confusion to shock," she stated. "My mouth drops open, and I stumble backward because I'm thinking, 'I'll never live this down' since all of his fans recognized him immediately, except for his wife."
During season five of the FOX show, Wahlberg portrayed a rooster and sang "Return of the Mack."
Evan Asher, McCarthy's 22-year-old son, works on "The Masked Singer" as audience check-in and warm-up. He also has a YouTube channel called @Gaming_USA.
The next day after airing on FOX, new episodes of "The Masked Singer" are available on Hulu.
