Jennifer Aniston's strict fitness regimen involves at-home functional training equipment.
In 2023, Rachel Katzman's low-impact fitness workout method, Pvolve, welcomed Jennifer Aniston as a dedicated team member.
Jennifer Aniston's physique was the subject of headlines when she first gained fame as Rachel Green on "Friends," a highly popular American sitcom.
The actress, who is always in shape, frequently posts on social media about her commitment to health and wellness, including her Pvolve workouts.
"Rachel Katzman, founder of Pvolve, told Planet Chronicle Digital that Jen does Pvolve workouts about three times per week, based on her schedule. However, she moves every day, either by stretching or walking her dogs."
This year, Aniston shared a funny video on Instagram of her collapsing during a Pvolve workout with trainer Dani Coleman.
In her early 20s, Katzman, the creator of Pvolve, was determined to discover the ideal fitness regimen for herself while dealing with scoliosis.
"Katzman's life transformed when he entered a studio where trainers were teaching functional fitness. He immediately felt confident in what he saw in the mirror, enjoyed working out, experienced relief from back pain, and discovered a newfound sense of self-assurance."
Katzman studied functional fitness and resistance equipment to launch her own brand and promote it to women.
She stated that one of the current hot topics in fitness is women's health, particularly the numerous advantages of strength and resistance training for females.
Pvolve is especially beneficial for women during menstrual cycles, new mothers, elderly or injured women seeking low-impact fitness routines, according to Katzman.
Katzman stated that we remain closely connected to our community and prioritize understanding our members' needs and expectations. As our member base expands, so does our content requirements.
Users have access to branded equipment, streaming memberships, and in-studio classes taught by certified trainers specializing in functional fitness routines.
With Pvolve, you may never know who is virtually working out with you.
"Jen was a secret streamer," Katzman said.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Katzman was approached by Aniston's team about at-home Pvolve training sessions. Katzman was unaware that Aniston, 55, was an active member of the program.
Aniston was introduced to the brand when she complimented a friend on her transformed physique and the gal pal recommended Pvolve to her.
"Jen's preferred Pvolve classes are "Strength & Sculpt" and "Sculpt & Burn," according to Katzman. These are Pvolve's signature classes, and they offer full-body workouts or classes that target specific body parts and use specific equipment."
One of Aniston's favorite classes is "Progressive Weight Training," which integrates weights with fluid functional movements.
Katzman stated that this program is perfect for women aged 40 and above, as well as anyone seeking to increase strength using heavier weights and short intervals of cardio exercise.
In 2023, Aniston became an official member of the Pvolve team, expressing her enthusiasm for the brand.
"Aniston announced on her Instagram account on June 6, 2023, that she is now part of the @pvolve fam. She expressed her pride in supporting the female founder and the talented trainers. She stated that this workout is one of her favorites and she is grateful for the team and excited for the future."
According to Katzman, studios are open to members in Illinois, Georgia, Texas, California, South Carolina, Colorado, Tennessee, New York, Utah, Arizona, and New Jersey, with more to come.
Katzman expressed excitement about the new studios opening and members being able to experience the brand in real life.
Despite her marketing and brand awareness responsibilities, Aniston consistently maintains her fitness routine while traveling.
"If she's at home, she may invite her friends for a private class at the studio or train in her home gym. If she's traveling, she'll pack her equipment."
