Jana Kramer expresses gratitude for supporting the family of 5 through her social media influencer status.
The acting and singing industry is challenging, according to Jana Kramer.
Jana Kramer values her large social media following for supporting her in financially providing for her family.
Kramer, 40, initially found the incentives for becoming an influencer surprising, but now welcomes the opportunities to use her social media platforms as a source of income while pursuing additional work in the entertainment industry.
As a host of "The Masked Singer" and a podcast, as well as a busy movie star, the brand ambassador's lifestyle has given her family more opportunities than she anticipated with any career choice.
"Kramer exclusively told Planet Chronicle Digital, "I remember the one time I got approached to influence a product that they were going to pay me, and I was just like, ‘What the what?' I'm so thankful.""
Kramer's platforms are filled with photographic memories of her family, health and wellness products, Christmas decorating ideas, and kid-friendly cooking inspiration.
Kramer expressed gratitude for having a platform to support his family through acting and singing, acknowledging the toughness of the industry.
"I have two movies lined up for next year and I am thrilled. I can hardly contain my excitement as I eagerly anticipate filming them. However, once those projects are completed, I will be seeking employment."
Since I've been working, I haven't had job security. It's like I'm constantly unsure if a show will continue or not.
"I'm just so grateful that I'm able to have a platform that I can do things like that to support my family because, you know, listen, the acting and singing world is tough." — Jana Kramer
Over a decade ago, Kramer achieved success in "One Tree Hill" and has since accumulated numerous credits, including roles in "Entourage" and "Friday Night Lights." Recently, she starred in the TV movie "Gaslit by My Husband: The Morgan Metzer Story."
She understands that influencing is not a guaranteed job security, but it is a way to earn money, and she is grateful for it.
Allan Russell, her former soccer star husband, has assisted Kramer in thinking before speaking when sharing online. Kramer attributes his calm and thoughtful demeanor to her own willingness to be more vocal on her platforms.
"I've got two movies signed up for next year. I'm so excited. I can't wait to film those movies, but then after that, I'm looking for a job." — Jana Kramer
One year ago, Russell and Kramer got married in his native Scotland. They have a young son named Roman, and she shares parenting responsibilities for two children with her ex-husband, Mike Caussin.
"When I first met him, I could tell he was more reserved. And when I first met him, he could tell I was more outgoing and open. Now, I feel like we've found a balance," Kramer said. "I'm more careful with what I say now. I'm more mindful of my words."
She's undergoing therapy to align her intentions with the true meaning of her words.
"Kramer stated that the new era of being vocal about things has been a learning curve for him. Although he enjoys having his podcast and being vocal, his husband assists him in determining what and how to share. Kramer has grown significantly in this area due to his husband's guidance."
Despite her reservations, Kramer openly expresses her thoughts about working on "The Masked Singer" this season.
"I had the time of my life. It was so much fun," she exclaimed. "That's exactly what I wanted it to be. When I got the text, I was sitting on the couch just watching a movie with my husband, and I just, like, got up and started screaming."
Kramer, after explaining "the best show" to her Scottish husband, couldn't resist the opportunity to showcase her singing skills in costume on a national television program.
She said, "I feel like I'm constantly doing things for everyone else, but I need to prioritize doing things for myself and just go out and have fun."
