Instead of making New Year's resolutions, Jana Kramer opts for this self-improvement technique.
Jana Kramer and Allan Russell exchanged vows in July.
Jana Kramer is always looking for ways to better herself.
During an interview with Planet Chronicle Digital, the actress disclosed that she doesn't typically make New Year's resolutions but is always seeking ways to enhance her life.
"Kramer stated at iHeart Media's Jingle Ball on Dec. 6 that he avoids making resolutions. Instead, he aims to make small changes each month to grow and develop. He plans to continue this approach."
"Allan Russell, Kramer's husband, stated, "I don't typically make New Year's resolutions. Instead, I complete tasks as needed throughout the year, not just on December 31st.""
The One Tree Hill alum has undoubtedly had a rough few years.
In 2021, Kramer ended her relationship with ex-husband Mike Caussin following the revelation of his alleged cheating scandal. The couple, who share two children, Jolie, 8, and Jace, 6, have since gone their separate ways.
Kramer admitted to Planet Chronicle Digital at the iHeart Radio Music Festival in 2023 that he could not have written the story, as it was written before he could have ever imagined it.
I'm still processing the changes I've gone through," she said. "I get emotional when I reflect on everything. I'll probably have that moment when the baby arrives and we're in our new house with our new family.
Russell, a former professional soccer player, and she, who had been dating for six months, surprised fans with an engagement. They exchanged vows in July and are now parents to a 1-year-old son named Roman.
Jana Kramer abstains from making New Year's resolutions and discloses her alternative actions.
Kramer and Caussin shared details about their tumultuous relationship in October.
""People should not be defined by their past mistakes," Kramer stated on her "Whine Down" podcast."
Kramer stated, "We were terrible for a year after the divorce, but we eventually reached a good place. Now, I don't want to go back to that negative energy."
Caussin was accused by Kramer of cheating on her with over 13 women, and Kramer stated that she believes if she had remained with him, he would have continued to cheat.
"I trust our relationship more now than I ever have. And I believe Jana, what her point and her narrative is," Caussin confessed. "If I read Kramer's book, "The Next Chapter: Making Peace with Hard Memories, Finding Hope All Around Me, and Clearing Space for Good Things to Come," are there things that would bother me? Absolutely, sure... But it was a whole different lifetime ago."
"Caussin used Jana as a scapegoat, saying, "If I can blame it all on her, it's not my fault." However, he added, "That's bulls---.""
Kramer responded, "I've never heard you say that, and I do appreciate it."
Kramer expressed her gratitude for her current life and stated that she wouldn't trade it for anything, according to a recent interview with Planet Chronicle Digital.
"She told Planet Chronicle Digital on the red carpet of Boot Barn and Wonderwest's charity event and fashion show in Nashville, Tennessee this month that she loves living there, raising her kids there, and appreciates the values and manners of the region, which remind her of her upbringing in Michigan. She also praised the culture of the area."
"Now that Roman is walking and hanging out with the other kids, it's so heartwarming to see their relationships develop," she said. "The hardest part is managing it all. We don't have much help, so it's just us saying, 'Okay, I have this meeting at this time, can you watch Roman?'. Balancing is the toughest part because I want to enjoy this time with our 1-year-old."
Kramer stated, "My kids and husband are the driving force behind my hard work. All I want is for them to be content and healthy. I am thankful for their good health."
