In 2024, Gwyneth Paltrow disclosed her goals for the upcoming year and reflected on what she had released.

Gwyneth Paltrow, the 52-year-old actress and Goop founder, shared an Instagram post on Sunday that included a video and photo slideshow detailing her past year's accomplishments and her goals for 2025.

Paltrow wrote in her Goop newsletter that she received a numerology reading and discovered she is in a nine-year cycle, which is the year of completions and endings. She shared that she had several strong lessons about completing certain things and experienced many goodbyes and revelations that led to the ends of things.

The numerologist explained how this year was about learning to comprehend that it was a year of endings. Despite the pain and big changes that came with these endings, it was important to recalibrate.

"I have learned to relax my hold on things and deeply accept letting go. Additionally, I understand that everything happens for my highest good, even when it is uncomfortable."

In the video, the "Shakespeare in Love" star walked down the street in a short, long-sleeved blue and white dress, sunglasses, and a bright smile, with the words "This year I let go of" emblazoned on the clip.

In her latest post, Patrow showcased eight photos, each depicting something she had released in the past year.

In the first photo, Paltrow was seen dining with her daughter Apple Martin, 20, and son Moses Martin, 18, at a restaurant. Paltrow shares Apple and Moses with her ex-husband Chris Martin. On the caption, she wrote, "The phase of life where everyone is always under one roof."

The actress became an empty-nester this year when Moses left for college.

In June, Paltrow sold her six-bedroom home in Los Angeles' Brentwood neighborhood for $29.99 million.

She posted another photo of paintings featuring birds, flowers, and butterflies on Instagram, accompanied by the caption, "my dear friends."

The actress was photographed lying on the floor beside her German Shepard, Nero, in the fourth image. She captioned the photo with "a dog" and a broken heart emoji.

Paltrow included a clip of her backyard at night, writing "Los Angeles." Paltrow and her husband decided to sell their Los Angeles home after her children moved out and they finished building their house in Montecito, California.

In a video featuring floating clouds, Paltrow stated that she was letting go of individuals who were not suitable for her.

Paltrow remarked on a photo of a fireplace that she was relinquishing the notion of "correcting misconceptions." In the previous image, she stated that she was surrendering "self-limiting beliefs," with a caveat that she was still working on that particular belief.

Paltrow shifted her post to include videos and images highlighting her objectives for the upcoming year. She started with a video of herself walking and wrote, "My goal for 2025 is..."

The actress shared a video of a fountain with the message "Index freedom and expansion," followed by a photo of herself in a sauna, expressing her aim to "feel better."

She shared a mirror selfie wearing a white Goop t-shirt with black leather shorts, captioning it "Crush it at work (2024 was our best year ever, and so much more to come.)"

"In a photo of a cliff overlooking the ocean, the message "Continue to be able to have tough conversations" was written. In a video of a bridge over a river, she expressed her desire to "continuously reassess everything.""

Paltrow depicted her objective to "View things from a different perspective (i.e. recognize my prejudices)" through a photo of herself examining a piece of fruit dangling from a tree.

The actress's slideshow concluded with a photo of her sitting at a table, wearing a beige dress with blue and tan sleeves, and resting her hand on a hat. She held a cocktail and smiled at the camera, stating that her ultimate aim was to "surprise myself."
