Meghan Markle made a surprise appearance with a bold new look, which some royal watchers believe was part of a plan to win over Hollywood.

On Saturday, the Duchess of Sussex attended the Children's Hospital Los Angeles 2024 gala as a glamorous guest. The 43-year-old walked the red carpet alone, as Prince Harry was absent at the event. Meanwhile, the Duke of Sussex was in Lesotho this week.

In 2021, the mother of two recycled her plunging red Carolina Herrera gown, which she originally wore at the Salute to Freedom gala honoring veterans in New York City.

"Dr. Robi Ludwig, a psychotherapist, stated to Planet Chronicle Digital that Meghan's ultimate goal appears to be to become an admired and powerful American royalty, regardless of her husband. However, the success of this goal remains uncertain as the public has not always been receptive to various aspects of her character and personality."

"Red is a powerful color that conveys confidence, empowerment, and the message 'I'm here, I'm not hiding, and I'm ready to take charge,'" she stated.

"Studies have shown that red attracts male attention and makes women wearing red more appealing. In fashion, red is a symbol of power, strength, and determination. Meghan's hairstyle is reminiscent of her Hollywood actress days. This reflects her newfound control over her life and her determination to do things her way."

A friend of Meghan revealed to People magazine that a "twin-track approach" is being adopted by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as they pursue individual projects.

Harry has been supporting his philanthropic passions in both New York City and Africa, while Meghan is preparing to launch a new Netflix show and lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard.

"An insider revealed to the outlet that the Duke and Duchess have found their individual paths in life, with the Duke concentrating on his philanthropic endeavors and the Duchess pursuing her business ventures."

Royal experts have revealed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are focusing on building their individual brands after stepping back from their royal duties. According to British royals expert Hilary Fordwich, the duchess has been particularly unpopular with the UK press since the couple made the decision to step back in 2020.

Fordwich stated that unfortunately, she has lost both the British public's support, which initially welcomed her with open arms and admiration, as well as her initial U.S. celebrity status.

Meghan is reportedly seeking to revise her image, particularly in Hollywood, where she aims to grow her business portfolio.

"Meghan Markle is always planning to gain more fame, power, popularity, and wealth, according to Ludwig. Her objective is to become a worldwide brand, the most influential woman in any room. However, Ludwig pointed out that being famous comes with its own set of challenges. While fame can bring admiration, it can also lead to criticism and disdain. The unconditional adoration she may have desired is not guaranteed."

""Meghan might be curious to explore what happens when she steps out on her own," she said."

Planet Chronicle Digital was informed by Kinsey Schofield, host of the To Di For Daily podcast, that the mother of two has a long way to go before she wins over the public on both sides of the Atlantic.

The Hollywood Reporter recently reported on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's staff, with an unnamed source claiming that Meghan is a "dictator in high heels" who has caused "grown men to tears."

A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex confirmed that Josh Kettler, their former chief of staff, was hired on a trial basis after leaving the position three months ago. The decision to part ways was described as "mutual," with both sides agreeing it wasn't the right fit.

Numerous ex- and present employees have spoken out to Us Weekly in support of the couple and their diligence.

"Schofield stated that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle appear to be struggling to find their purpose, with Harry appearing more confident. Many people question their authenticity after they quickly switched from selling family secrets to attending charity events. This strategy may be seen as a desperate attempt to regain favor, but for many royalists, it may be too little, too late."

"Schofield stated that he believes that Prince Harry is doing more solo events because the public responds better to him alone. He also suggested that if Harry's team nurtures the public's love for him, it may naturally extend to his wife, Meghan. Schofield added that the theory that this is Harry's way of expressing that Meghan is not his boss is also a valid observation."

Shannon Felton Spence, a royal expert, stated to Planet Chronicle Digital that Meghan can expect to undertake more solo engagements in an effort to regain public support and receive favorable media coverage.

"Wearing red is a powerful, boss lady color. It says ‘I’m here, I’m not hiding, and I’m ready to assume my position of power.’ Wearing red often symbolizes attraction, confidence, and empowerment." — Dr. Robi Ludwig

Meghan looked stunning, even better than she has in years, according to Felton Spence.

She observed that Meghan's hair and makeup were very "USA Network" during her "Suits" years, which she found intriguing.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are adopting a new PR approach that highlights their strengths, which is a wise decision.

"At the UN General Assembly, Prince Harry displayed his characteristic passion for global causes, appearing as his old self. Meanwhile, Meghan's recent red carpet appearance in LA was a testament to her roots, exhibiting the same style and charisma that made her a beloved cable TV actress."

According to an author, Meghan Markle has moved on from the royal family drama.

"Felton Spence explained that by capitalizing on their individual interests, Harry and Meghan are not only redefining their public personas but also bringing renewed authenticity to their respective platforms."

"She stated that she believes the company hasn't had much success in reinventing themselves over the past four years. As a result, they are returning to the qualities that made them popular initially. In this regard, Meghan's red color choice is bold and confident, just like the USA Network version of her. Her hair and makeup were also more reminiscent of her 'Suits' persona, rather than the 'quiet luxury' version. People seem to enjoy the 'Suits' and Tig Meghan versions of her."

Meghan and Harry are working on separate projects, but their collaboration will continue in private, sources said. The couple has recently launched The Parents Network, an initiative aimed at helping families affected by online harm. Additionally, they have been involved in local events, such as the opening of Godmothers bookstore in Montecito.

"The duchess will prioritize an entrepreneurial and enterprise focus, while the duke will continue to champion his not-for-profit patronages. However, there will be joint efforts around cause-driven areas of work."

A royal insider stated that the relationship between the two partners is functional and healthy, contrary to what is being seen.
