'Donna Mills, 83, reveals crucial modification to her exercise routine "to maintain my body's health."'

In 2024, Donna Mills, known for her role on 'Knots Landing,' is switching up her fitness regimen.
At the 31st annual Movieguide Awards, Mills strolled on the red carpet and disclosed to Planet Chronicle Digital that his only goal is to exercise more.
She continued, "I always work out, usually doing a light workout, but as I get older, I realized that my muscles need more exercise, so I've increased my workout intensity."
Mills stated that she increased her reps, specifically going from 100 sit-ups daily to 150.
She stated, "I feel like I must exert myself more to maintain my body's functioning."
The 83-year-old disclosed that she utilizes a Peloton bike for up to an hour and incorporates a lot of stretching "as I was previously a dancer, and then I perform some weight training."

Last year, Mills revealed to Planet Chronicle Digital that she has consistently maintained her workout routine.
""I've never stopped exercising because of my age, and I believe it's crucial to continue moving and sweat daily," she stated in 2023."
During her soap opera years, she maintained a strict diet that excluded pasta, sugar, bread, ice cream, and cookies, which she believes has positively impacted her overall health.
"She revealed to the outlet that she often reminded herself, 'You gotta go back to what you did then,' as it kept her extremely healthy. For nine years, she never missed a day of work on 'Knots Landing.' She believes it was due to eating well, which kept her healthy."
For nine years, Abby Cunningham was portrayed by Mills on the popular prime-time soap opera "Knots Landing," where she played a main antagonist known for her manipulative actions and drama-stirring behavior.
Mills expressed her hope that the show will be revived, like other successful series that have been rebooted or reimagined, at the Movieguide Awards.
If it were within my power, I would definitely agree. However, unfortunately, it is not under my control. Warner Brothers holds the rights to the show.

People often inquire, 'Why isn't it streaming? Why hasn't it ever been restarted?' I am unsure, as it seems like a natural choice and the show was so beloved. In fact, viewers recall specific scenes, lines, and details that I don't even recall.
"However, I am uncertain. I wish I had the decision-making power."
The 31st annual Movieguide Awards ceremony will be broadcast on Great American Family on March 7 at 8 p.m. ET.
