Many celebrities, including Van Dyke, Cher and Barbra Streisand, were forced to evacuate due to the Franklin Fire.

The 98-year-old actor's home is among the many at risk as wildfires in Malibu, California, continue to spread. Van Dyke updated concerned fans on Facebook, stating that he and his wife, Arlene Silver, have safely evacuated.
""We safely evacuated with our animals except for Bobo who escaped as we were leaving. We're praying for his safety and the survival of our community in Serra Retreat amidst these terrible fires," he wrote."
The comments section was flooded with prayers and well wishes for "Mary Poppins" star.
One commenter expressed gratitude and asked for prayers for their loved ones, as well as for emergency responders.
"I'm thinking of you and everyone affected. I'm glad you're safe and I hope BoBo gets rescued," another fan wrote.

A few days ago, a music video for Coldplay's new song, "All My Love," was released, showcasing the actor's home and his decades-long career in Hollywood. The video featured moments of Van Dyke with his family, moments of reflection, and footage of his many awards and accolades.
The actor, who turns 99 on Friday, discusses his life in the video and expresses that he is "not afraid" of death.
"Van Dyke stated in the video that he is aware of the possibility of his death but is not concerned about it because he is not afraid of it. He also expressed his belief, despite being intellectually opposed to it, that he will be okay."
The Franklin Fire, which started around 10:50 p.m. Monday north of Pepperdine University, has expanded to more than 2,800 acres.

A sheriff stated during a press conference on Tuesday that over 18,000 individuals and 8,100 structures have been impacted, with 2,000 of those structures under evacuation orders. The cause of the wildfire is currently being investigated by LA County Fire and Sheriff's arson teams.
In addition to Van Dyke, other celebrities residing in the area have evacuated, including actress Mira Sorvino and singers Cher and Barbra Streisand.
A hotel is where Cher and her pets are currently residing, as stated by her representatives to The New York Times.
