Jack Quaid, the eldest son of Quaid Soprano, revealed in a recent interview with the Daily Beast how his parents have influenced his career in Hollywood and why he considers himself a "nepo baby."
"I am a 'nepo baby,' and I agree with the sentiment. I am highly privileged and was fortunate enough to secure representation early on, which gave me an advantage in the industry. I knew that opportunities were available to me that others may not have had, and I worked hard to prove myself deserving of those opportunities."
In 2020, on Kelly Clarkson's daytime talk show, Quaid revealed that Jack turned down his dad's offer for representation.
The Grammy Award-winning artist said that he didn't want to be represented by an agent and instead wanted to handle his own affairs.
Of course, he gets an agent and his first movie is 'Hunger Games.' He then stars in 'Vinyl' on television, which was the hottest show. Now he's doing 'The Boys,' which is the hottest thing on streaming. It's a great show.
Quaid, in addition to being a father, has shared the secret to his successful marriage with Savoie, who is 39 years his junior.
In April, the actor told Planet Chronicle Digital that he hadn't spoken out about the age difference between him and his wife, but other people had. However, he revealed that he didn't really think about it.
She's the light of my life. I just don't notice it because she's got so much going on. I wasn't looking for it, but God put us together.
In June 2020, the couple got married in Santa Barbara, California, after meeting a year prior at a business event while she was pursuing her second master's degree at the Texas McCombs School of Business, as stated on her LinkedIn profile.
Quaid stated to "Extra" that his relationship with his wife is blessed by God, which is something he had never experienced before.
He added, "We have such a beautiful relationship, and we pray together."
