In one scene of the film, director Coralie Fargeat filmed Moore's butt from a low angle, under bright lights.

Moore, who has publicly spoken about her disordered eating history, remained committed to preserving the film's authenticity, which portrays a woman battling aging and isolation by resorting to a black market drug to achieve a youthful appearance, and did not request any changes.

Director Fargeat has also spoken about the scene and its importance.
"Fargeat stated in an interview with Letterboxd Magazine that the a-- in his film is a powerful symbol of how our bodies are not neutral in public spaces. He explained that our bodies are constantly scrutinized, shaped to please men's eyes, and objectified, detached from the person who simply bears them."
In the film, Moore also wears intense and disturbing prosthetics.
She expressed gratitude for her ability to remain still and calm, which allows her to enter a meditative state and shift within her character.
