Christine Baumgartner and Kevin Costner's divorce has been finalized.
The couple, who starred in 'Yellowstone,' were married for 18 years and have three children together.
Kevin Costner is officially back on the market.
Nine months after Christine Baumgartner filed for divorce from "Yellowstone" actor Kevin Costner, the couple finalized their split in a Santa Barbara court, as per documents obtained by Planet Chronicle Digital.
"The court has determined that the Parties agree that the MSA (Marital Settlement Agreement) is fair and reasonable, and has approved the MSA in its entirety."
In May 2023, Baumgartner filed for divorce and reached a settlement agreement with his estranged spouse in September, according to sources. However, in California, a six-month waiting period is necessary after filing before a divorce can be finalized.
Two days after Valentine's Day, Thomas Anderle approved the divorce judgment, which was officially filed on February 20.
The purse designer and Costner's relationship deteriorated rapidly, culminating in a bitter court battle over child support and the validity of their prenuptial agreement.
Initially, Baumgartner requested $248,000 in monthly child support for their three children. Anderle initially set a temporary monthly sum of $129,755 in July. However, later, Anderle ruled that Costner would actually be responsible for $63,209 in monthly child support payments.
Prior to the child custody dispute, Costner had proposed to pay $75,000 monthly.
Christine was granted $12,642 monthly child support for Cayden, $18,962 for Hayes, and $31,605 for Grace, all to be paid on the first of each month in the final judgment.
According to the documents, the former couple agreed to joint legal and physical custody, with a holiday schedule outlined in the MSA.
The couple's oldest son's car expenses, private school tuition, extracurricular activities, and children's health care are solely Costner's responsibility.
Before the ex-couple reached a settlement agreement, Costner exclusively told Planet Chronicle Digital that their divorce battle had no winners.
"When you spend a long time with someone, there is no winner, and life is a big, crazy thing that unravels quickly. One moment you feel invincible, and the next you realize how vulnerable you are."
Costner was confident that he and Baumgartner would work out their co-parenting plan.
"The TV star stated, "She's an amazing mother." "We'll find a solution and split it. We simply need to rest first.""
