Christina Haack, HGTV star, faces an expensive courtroom battle due to her estranged husband.

Christina Haack and her estranged husband Josh Hall's divorce battle is escalating and will likely be heard in court.

Haack and Hall are "not even close" to settling their divorce.

"The HGTV star announced during a Jan. 12 appearance on Sirius XM's "Jeff Lewis Live" that they were going to trial and that the other party did not want to do mediation. The star expressed excitement about the upcoming trial, saying, "It's going to be fun, can't wait.""

Hall's attorney's fees have not been "ordered" for Haack to pay, but she has admitted to having already given "a little something" in financial support of him.

"She remarked, "I gave him money to survive, and he bought a Bentley, but he's still jobless.""

Haack's representative declined to comment when reached by Planet Chronicle Digital.

While conversing with Lewis, Haack mentioned that she and Hall do not get along, and there is no chance of reconciliation. She also revealed that she often confronts him on social media.

On Tuesday, Haack accused Hall of "narcissism" in a scathing Instagram post after the realtor's rep released a statement saying it's "sad Christina must resort to low blows about her ex Josh to promote her new show. She should focus on her new relationship and stop talking about Josh. As the great Mariah Carey once sang, ‘Why you so obsessed with me?’"

Haack appeared on "Jeff Lewis Live."

"Haack wrote on her Instagram story, 'I just threw up in my mouth. Quoting a Mariah Carey song is a new low even for you. Trust me idgaf about Josh's life. I do however care about his bts tactics. Narcissism at its finest.'"

Although the ongoing legal disputes persist, both parties are attempting to move forward.

On Instagram, Hall posted a birthday tribute for model Stephanie Gabrys, seemingly confirming their relationship.

"Happy Birthday to this real-life angel," he captioned a photo of Gabrys sitting on his lap.

According to People magazine, Haack has moved on with Christopher Larocca, who is now the CEO and President of Network Connex.

In July, Haack and Hall filed for divorce, each stating irreconcilable differences as the reason for the end of their marriage. While Hall sought spousal support and asked the court to prevent Haack from receiving it, Haack requested that the court end both of their eligibility for spousal support.

"I value privacy, especially during a significant life event like divorce. I did not seek this situation, and I will not publicly criticize anyone because they have loved ones who respect and care for them. Unfortunately, the internet is permanent."

The ongoing divorce battle has been heated, despite Hall's plea for no drama.

Hall's lawyer claimed in an Oct. 10 legal filing that Haack's request for $65,000 in monthly spousal support was "outrageous" because Hall is "self-supporting."

"Josh paid off his Bentley lease for $70,000, which means he doesn't require spousal support from Christina."

Hall criticized the claim made by @dearmeylaw by stating on social media that the legal declarations filed by the individual contained lies and assumptions. He added that it was an unusual tactic for someone who is a licensed attorney and took an oath of integrity. He also pointed out that making provably false statements to a judge is unethical.

The former couple has frequently faced conflicts over money issues. Hall was previously accused by Haack of transferring $35,000 from her bank account into his personal account on the day following the divorce filing.

Haack stated in court documents that he would not have asked his husband to send him money the day after their divorce was announced.

Before meeting Hall, Haack was previously married to Tarek El Moussa from 2009 to 2018. They have two children, daughter Taylor and son Brayden. In 2021, she secretly married Hall.

In 2021, Haack divorced her second husband, Ant Anstead, before marrying Hall. She and Anstead had married in 2018 and share a son together.
