Cher, Kim Kardashian, and Nicole Kidman stun in form-fitting dresses: PHOTOS
At the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony, Cher opted for two all-black outfits.
Cher
At the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Oct. 19, Cher walked the red carpet in an all-black ensemble consisting of a textured long-sleeve top and a black skirt with zipper embellishments on the bottom. She complemented the look with a belt that had chains and straps hanging down on either side.
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inducted the "If I Could Turn Back Time" songstress, who joked in her acceptance speech that getting into the Hall of Fame was more difficult than divorcing two men.
In her acceptance speech, she pondered on the ups and downs of her profession, stating that despite being told multiple times that she was done, through, and had only 10 minutes left, she learned from her mother to always keep pushing forward.
"I have never given up, and I never will," Cher declared. "I am addressing the women. We have faced adversity and struggled, but we continue to persevere and push forward. We are unique and valuable."
At the ceremony, Dua Lipa joined Cher on stage to perform "Believe."
The singer changed her outfit for the performance, wearing a black long-sleeve blouse with a cinched waist, a miniskirt, and long thigh-high heels.
In her acceptance speech, Cher discussed the significance of the song "Believe" to her career and how it transformed the music industry.
"I've experienced some terrible things. I was dropped by four record labels," she stated. "When it ended, I sang 'Believe,' and it felt like a huge success. I've been fortunate enough to have number one hits for seven decades, which is surprising because I'm not a great singer."
Nicole Kidman
At the "Special Ops: Lioness" season two premiere in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Nicole Kidman walked the red carpet in a silky white backless top and a yellow-and-white striped tiered skirt.
The actress complemented her outfit with white heels, white earrings, and a slicked back ponytail.
Instagram users praised Kidman's outfit in photos she posted, with one commenting, "You looked stunning," and another adding, "Gorgeous picture."
Demi Moore
At the Academy Museum Gala on Oct. 19, Demi Moore wore a purple sequined Prada dress with a deep plunging neckline and a thigh-high slit while walking the red carpet.
The "Substance" star wore a backless dress with silver high heels, a diamond bracelet and ring, and wing-shaped earrings encrusted with blue, green and lavender gems. She paired the outfit with her signature long black hair in a sleek ballerina bun.
"One Instagram user commented on photos Moore posted from the evening, stating that she is "Undeniably the hottest woman alive, aging like fine wine." Another user, in a separate video posted to X from the gala, wrote that Moore has "Unquestionably sexy style.""
Kim Kardashian
At the Academy Museum event, Kim Kardashian opted to wear a white corset with a plunging neckline, paired with white bottoms and a coat from Thierry Mugler's 1998 couture collection, instead of pants.
The reality star completed the look with a retro-inspired hair do, consisting of big loose curls. She paired the look with naked shoes and lots of jewels, including multiple diamond rings totaling 17 carats when combined, as well as a necklace with 15 carats worth of diamonds on it.
"Kim Kardashian is the best fashion influencer in the world," one fan wrote in the comments section of a series of Instagram photos she shared from the gala. "Next level stunning," another added.
Zendaya
At the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony, Zendaya wore a nude illusion gown from Mackie's fall 2001 collection. The dress had a halter neckline, thigh-high slit up the middle, and her torso was completely revealed with criss-cross straps covering her midsection.
At the Hall of Fame ceremony, the "Euphoria" star paid tribute to Cher by wearing a long black dress, gold pumps, and flowing hair.
Cher was honored by the former Disney Channel star on stage, and she thanked the music icon for all the help she has given to others.
"According to a video shared by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Zendaya thanked Cher for being an advocate, ally, and trailblazer who enabled many people to live and speak their truth, and to have the courage to be daring and open-hearted."
Jessica Biel
At the Academy Museum Gala, Jessica Biel wore a black Balmain dress with silver paneling and a thigh-high slit while walking the red carpet.
The actress wore a short bob with her brunette hair, paired the dress with simple black high-heels and minimal makeup and jewelry.
Biel's Instagram post showcasing her new look received an outpouring of admiration from her fans. One user praised her style, saying "Elegant and lovely as ever," while another commented on her haircut, "I love that haircut so much!" A third fan added, "No equal! in the best shape forever."
Dua Lipa
At the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony, Dua Lipa wore two different black outfits. She began by strutting down the runway in a sparkling two-piece Prada ensemble.
The singer adorned herself with a pair of black bracelets and diamond earrings.
She wore a custom black leather dress designed by Chrome Hearts with arched cutouts on both sides during the ceremony.
She wore the second outfit, consisting of fishnet stockings and black high-heeled boots, while performing "Believe" on stage with Cher.
"It was an absolute honor to pay tribute to @cher as she was inducted into the @rockhall last night. I can't believe it's finally happening! ~PINCH ME PLEASE~"
Kylie Jenner
Kylie Jenner wore a Thierry Mugler gown from the 1998 collection to the Academy Museum Gala, featuring a semi-sheer nude bodice covered in sequins that transitions into a tight black skirt.
She adorned her outfit with diamond jewelry and styled her long black hair in loose waves.
"Jenner shared an Instagram post of her look and received comments such as 'You look amazing' and 'this might be my favorite look yet!'"
Pamela Anderson
Pamela Anderson wore a black off-the-shoulder gown from The Row to the Academy Museum Gala, which had a short-sleeved dress with a textured wool fabric.
The actress opted for a minimalistic approach, carrying only a black clutch and wearing her hair in a low ponytail without any makeup. Anderson started her makeup-free journey in September 2023 during Paris Fashion Week, sporting a natural look.
"In your 50s, you will encounter a crossroads and must decide whether to pursue youth, endure misery, or embrace self-acceptance. This practice requires effort, and it is challenging to achieve if you continue to attend red carpets and magazine covers with heavy makeup."
Kendall Jenner
At the Academy Museum Gala, Kendall Jenner made a statement in a black velvet Schiaparelli gown featuring a halter neckline and cutouts throughout the bodice.
The model wore a look with diamond earrings and open-toed black high heels, and styled her blonde hair in large tight curls reminiscent of old Hollywood glamour. She posted photos of her look on Instagram and received praise from her followers.
"Is this woman truly human? What is this beauty?" one commenter questioned, while another exclaimed, "She is absolutely perfect."
