Candace Cameron Bure left LA due to safety concerns for her family.
'An actor from 'Full House' is set to appear in the upcoming Christian drama 'Unsung Hero''
Candace Cameron Bure opened up about why she decided to leave Los Angeles.
The actress, who is 48 years old and stars in the new Christian drama "Unsung Hero," previously disclosed that she had relocated away from Hollywood.
In an interview with Planet Chronicle Digital, Bure revealed that security concerns were a significant factor in her decision.
"The former 'Full House' star admitted that we didn't feel safe anymore and that was the main reason we moved."
"Not all individuals in Hollywood reside behind security gates, and we were not enclosed within them," Bure stated.
Her family had experienced "numerous issues" with fans invading their privacy and trespassing on their property.
"It's astonishing how people perceive their capabilities and desire to be a part of your existence in some manner. Although some of it is harmless, other parts are not. It's quite unsettling when you're simply attempting to live your life and navigate through the unknown."
Bure confirmed on her Instagram Story last month that she had indeed moved.
"Security reasons and changes in family dynamics are the main reasons for my decision. The kids no longer reside in Los Angeles, so Mama will follow where they go. I travel frequently and am constantly on the move due to the different seasons of life."
Bure and her husband, Valeri, are parents to daughter Natasha and sons Lev and Maksim. In a January interview with Planet Chronicle Digital, Bure discussed how they were coping with life as "empty-nesters."
The "Fuller House" alum revealed that the couple has maintained a close relationship with their adult children due to the strong family bonds they established during their childhood.
""We built strong relationships with them during their youth and teenage years, and now that they're adults, it's time to be friends with them. It's amazing, but it all comes down to the foundation and groundwork we laid for this fruitful relationship as adults," Bure said."
In August 2023, Natasha revealed that she was relocating from her "bubble" in Los Angeles to Austin, Texas.
She explained in a YouTube video that she has many friends she loves, but she wants to step out of her comfort zone and try something new.

Bure, who had previously kept her new location a secret after leaving L.A., revealed to Planet Chronicle Digital that she still resides in California.
Bure stated that there have been numerous speculations about where they relocated, but none of them are accurate. They did not move to Nashville or Texas; instead, they remain in California and have moved north of Los Angeles.
Although she no longer resides in the city, Bure was born and raised in Los Angeles. The actress gained fame at the age of 11 when she portrayed Donna Jo "D.J." Tanner on the popular ABC sitcom "Full House."
During an interview with Planet Chronicle Digital, Bure acknowledged her parents' role in keeping her grounded as a child star.
"Despite having a full-time job and being on a show, I still had to do chores, take out the trash, do homework, and ensure good grades when I got home."
Bure stated that she was thankful to her parents for preventing her from encountering the same challenges as other child stars in Hollywood while discussing her reaction to the "Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV" documentary.
An Investigation Discovery series that aired recently examined the harmful work environment of some of Nickelodeon's most popular children's programs from the 1990s and 2000s.
In the documentary, Drake Bell disclosed that he was sexually abused as a minor by Nickelodeon voice coach and convicted sex offender Brian Peck.
According to Bure, watching the docuseries was challenging for her.
"The entertainment industry has a wide range of experiences, some of which are amazing. I had a fantastic experience. Not only were my parents great, but so were the people on the show."
Despite having good people in our lives, there are bad people in the world, and it's unfortunate when children are exposed to them. It's heartbreaking to witness this happen.
"Their parents are also affected by the pressure to provide the best for their children, as they may believe everything they are told and fear ruining it for their kids. This is a heartbreaking situation, as both the children and their parents are taken advantage of."
Caution should be exercised when giving advice to those beginning their careers in the entertainment industry, as advised by a "Dancing With The Stars" alum.
Bure stated that he would prioritize connecting with individuals who have a good reputation and are well-respected by others. However, he acknowledged that even people with a great reputation can sometimes be deceitful or have hidden negative qualities.
"Trusting your instincts and gut is crucial. If something doesn't feel right or there's a red flag, it's best to wave the white flag and leave."

In the upcoming movie "Unsung Hero," Bure will be seen, as she also co-produced it through her production company, Candy Rock Entertainment.
The popular pop duo King + Country, consisting of Joel and Luke Smallbone, and their sister Rebecca Smallbone, who is a Grammy-winning Christian contemporary singer, is the basis for the movie "Unsung Hero."
Richard Ramsay starred in "Unsung Hero," which was written and directed by Joel, who also portrayed his real-life father in the film.
David Smallbone, played by Joel, leads his family from Australia to the U.S. in search of a brighter future after his music company collapses, as depicted in the plot synopsis of 'Unsung Hero'.
David and his pregnant wife Helen (Daisy Betts) embark on a new journey with only their six children, suitcases, and love of music to rebuild their lives from scratch.
"Despite incredible adversity, a mother's unwavering faith motivates her family to maintain their own beliefs."
Kay Albright, portrayed by Bure, becomes the Smallbone family's neighbor in Nashville, Tennessee, and befriends them at church.
Bure revealed that she called all her Southern friends before preparing for her role as Kay in her interview with Planet Chronicle Digital.
She laughed as she said, "I had to work on that accent after calling my Georgia and Alabama friends."
"I got to meet Kay, the real person I was playing, on set. She was a delightful, sweet woman with big red curly hair. It was great to meet her."
Bure stated that she could connect with Kay and numerous other characters in the film.
"Kay was an answer to many prayers for the Smallbone family, as Bure stated. She listened, recognized a need, and assisted in meeting it."
"I aspire to emulate Kay in life," she stated. "Although I hope to achieve this, I often find myself thinking, 'I want to be even more like her.' She has been a source of inspiration for me."
Despite the challenges of being a mom, I can relate to Helen, the mom in the movie, who fights for her family and supports her husband even during difficult times.
I related to David, the dad, because he had to eat humble pie for a long time and couldn't catch a break. I could also relate to Rebecca, who wanted to sing and share her talents but was sometimes missed and glossed over by her dad.
"In my opinion, this film extends beyond the role I portray. It's an amazing tale, and I'm thrilled to have been a part of it and contributed to its cinematic realization."
Candace Cameron Bure discusses her experience portraying characters in the film 'Unsung Hero.'
Bure pondered on the message she hopes viewers will absorb after watching "Unsung Hero."
"Their grandfather's quote in the movie, 'Your family isn't in the way. Your family is the way,' resonated with her. Additionally, Mother Teresa's quote, 'If you want to change the world, go home and love your family,' served as a reminder of the importance of family love. She hopes that the movie inspires others to embrace their families and make a positive impact on the world."
"Unsung Hero" will be available in theaters nationwide on Friday.
