Bruce Willis' daughter shares advice from famous parents about working in Hollywood and provides an update on his health.
In the new comedy 'My Divorce Party', Rumer Willis takes on the lead role.
Rumer Willis, Bruce Willis' eldest daughter with Demi Moore, shared an update on her father's condition as he battles dementia.
Rumer Willis praised her new film, "My Divorce Party," at the 24th Annual Beverly Hills Film Festival Wednesday night, stating that she is doing well and thanking the person asking for inquiring.
"For me, the most incredible aspect of this experience has been the love and admiration my dad has received, which has been evident in the openness with which we've shared. If our experience can bring hope and comfort to others going through a similar situation, then to me, that's everything."
Rumer continues to follow in her famous parents' footsteps, but she also admitted that what she learned from them on set wasn't always related to acting.
Rumer stated that she felt like the lessons she learned from them were mainly through observation. She emphasized that being on set, regardless of whether one is in front of or behind the camera, everyone is treated with the same level of respect. She added that this is a significant aspect of being on set and that it doesn't matter who is performing the task.
"The importance of everyone's participation, effort, and energy is equal to your own."

Ren, a 35-year-old woman, applied the lesson she learned to her new comedy, "My Divorce Party," where she played a member of a group of women supporting a friend through a divorce, and used the settlement money to enjoy herself and prevent her ex-husband from receiving any money.
Rumer Willis, who played the straight man in a comedy, shared how she struggled to find humor in her character and said, "I was like, 'Man, everyone else is so funny. How am I going to find my moments and really give this character some silliness?'" during an interview on the red carpet at the TCL Chinese 6 Theatre in Hollywood.
"Although it's enjoyable, there's a lot of complexity. I believe there are numerous female-driven comedies that convey the message, 'We're hot, but we're still funny.' However, women are not like that when we're together. We're disgusting," she said with a chuckle.
"We discuss the most disgusting and grotesque topics together, while pretending not to. We keep it under wraps, but I love that there's a film like this. It reminds me of 'Bridesmaids' and how they paved the way for us to run a little bit. I hope this inspires more female writers and directors to create more content with a bit more authenticity."
Rumer Isley, a busy mom to daughter Louetta, is also in a relationship with Derek Richard.

"She's my best friend, and I miss her when I'm away from her for an hour," she gushed.
She confessed that she was struggling with insufficient sleep, mainly due to her transition into motherhood rather than Louetta's presence.
As soon as you get pregnant, you may experience insomnia in the second or third month, as your body prepares you for increased wakefulness. I haven't been able to return to the deep sleep stage since then.
"I'm very fortunate and blessed to have had such a positive and gentle mothering experience. Not everyone is as lucky as I am. Louetta is an amazing child who is always happy, wonderful, smiley, and joyful."
Rumer Willis, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, shares what she has learned from her parents.
She also shared some of Louetta’s milestones.
"This child has four teeth and eats like a pro. They are not picky and love to try new foods. They are almost walking and can get off the bed on their own. They say "mama" and have started kissing you. They make a cute "Mwah" sound and it's like you're melting. You're on the floor in a puddle."
And Rumer is happy Louetta has Willis and Moore as grandparents.
The baby is so adorable that everyone in the family is obsessed with her, and people only come over to hang out with her, not with the baby's mother.
Moore's "Dancing with the Stars" alum shared her motherhood advice, as well as some instances where she is not following it.
Rumer stated, "My mom would suggest that I do something with her, but I respond by saying that based on my research, it's no longer recommended. However, I believe there is more information available now."
During the transition from maidenhood to motherhood, having a close relationship with your mother can create an interesting separation as you discover your own path as a mother. This separation occurs because while there are things you take from your mother and love, there are also things you want to discover on your own.
What if, ten years from now, our actions unintentionally harm our children in completely different ways? As parents, we strive to provide our children with the things we didn't receive. However, I believe that our children may not need what we didn't have because they are unique individuals.
"The best advice I can give parents is to trust themselves and observe their child's unique needs and personality. It's important to allow them space to figure out how to navigate life on their own. As a mother, I have learned that trusting myself is crucial because I know my child better than anyone else."
Rumer thanked her parents for allowing her and her sisters, Tallulah and Scout, to express themselves, regardless of their celebrity status.
"They allowed us to be expressive, whether through our clothing, actions, silly faces, or dancing. This is important because, as a 'nepo baby,' we often feel pressure to act a certain way. I appreciate that we are left of center as a family."
