'Blue Bloods' actress speaks out after family confirms her absence.
Despite authorities' claim that 'Gossip Girl' actress Chanel Banks had been found safe, her family maintained that she was still missing.
The actress, 36, denied being missing in multiple Instagram story posts, despite her family stating she had disappeared and taking to the media about it.
"I am Chanel Banks, a 36-year-old American who has silently carried the pain of ritual sexual abuse, manipulation, and torment since I was a defenseless baby, at the hands of my so-called family, who are all very concerned about my current whereabouts."
Banks stated that he had met with the police and confirmed that he was in good health and had been freed from his mother's [redacted] and her family.
"I was taken to the airport by him and then I was away for a week. However, I saw it as a chance to break free from my confinement," Banks stated. "I was astonished when God provided me with money, just as He had said. Then He instructed me to relocate, so I embarked on my Exodus and took my Freedom Ride first-class (on Spirit Airlines) to the Promised Land."
Banks later stated that his family had served as his spiritual, physical, and emotional guardian for many years, restricting his autonomy and requiring his approval for all decisions in life.
She concluded her lengthy statement with bold red text, "PLEASE DO NOT DONATE TO ANY GOFUNDME THAT SAYS IM MISSING I AM NOT MISSING."
On Thursday, Banks posted an additional message on Instagram, disabling comments and stating, "If you care so much, get off ig and stop harassing me. Call the cops and ask them if I'm missing. Let them know your concerns."
"Would it be possible to inquire if two different state police departments would consider an expired ID as a valid form of identification for a "missing person" case? Please inform them that my "concerned family" has contacted these officers and their body cameras, which they claim are untrustworthy."
"If you're still confused and believe I've overlooked congrats, you're a jerk."
The "Gossip Girl" actress disappeared from her apartment and her family filed a missing persons report with the LAPD. She was later found in Texas on Nov. 11, and authorities confirmed that no foul play occurred.

Although the investigation has ended, Banks' family is not convinced that the authorities have identified the correct suspect.
"Danielle-Tori Singh, Banks' cousin, stated in a press conference on Wednesday that they are confident enough to have seen her. Nevertheless, it is not enough for us."
Singh stated that he saw a bodycam footage from Texas police that depicted a thinner woman wearing clothes that Banks would not wear. The woman in the footage had a New York ID that was 10 years expired, leading Singh to suspect someone was impersonating Banks.
Singh's cousin created a GoFundMe account to supposedly cover the cost of a private investigator after the family was unable to reach out to the "Blue Bloods" actress. According to the cousin, Singh's last communication with Banks occurred on October 30th.
According to the family's GoFundMe, welfare checks were conducted on Nov. 7 and Nov. 8, but Banks was not present at her Playa Vista apartment during either visit.
On Nov. 10, when the family gained access to Banks' apartment, all of her belongings remained, except for her phone and laptop. Singh asserted that the actress had left behind a dog, and her vehicle was parked in the complex's parking garage.
The actress has also used the name Chanel Farrell.
Recently, Banks has shifted his focus from acting to writing.
