Before going too far with Botox, Meghan Trainor admitted that nobody had warned her.

Meghan Trainor admits that she didn't receive any warnings before she overdid Botox, resulting in her inability to smile.

During a recent interview, the 30-year-old pop singer made a cheerful comeback, stating that she was now able to smile "a little bit."

"She shared on Today that the movement is returning and she got her first 'lip flip' called it."

"I couldn't smile because I didn't love it, despite everyone saying I would."

She pointed to the location on her face where she received the injection, explaining that it was in the middle of her lips.

"This was the most painful thing, but I thought it would look great," she said, feigning a half smile.

When her dad entered the room as she was receiving treatment, the "Criminals" singer exclaimed, "Oh, no."

"I received Botox injections in my jawline as it is believed to aid in jaw clenching. However, I believe the combination of the two may have inhibited my ability to smile. No one had informed me of this potential side effect."

After confessing to using Botox on a podcast and revealing her plans for future plastic surgery, Trainor shared her thoughts.

In her "Workin’ On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor" podcast last month, she admitted that she had received too much Botox and needed assistance.

I was convinced by someone that doing a lip flip with filler above my upper lip would give me a beautiful flip. However, I realized later that it was not true, and I had Botox on my forehead only a few times in my 30 years of living.

"I can't smile anymore," she grumbled. "I can't smile anywhere I go. My face aches to try."

The "lip flip" technique involves injecting Botox into the corners of the mouth and the edges of the lips to make the muscles around the upper lip relax and appear to flip upward, making the lips look fuller, as stated by the Cleveland Clinic.

Trainor stated that her experience taught her that her smile has the power to brighten up a room, and when it's absent, it creates a dim atmosphere. She feels unhappy when she cannot smile.

Trainor stated that she intends to undergo breast augmentation, despite the Botox situation.

She said she wants a "little lift" and "maybe a little implant" to make her "boobs" more prominent after two pregnancies.

Trainor shares two sons, Riley and Barry, with husband Daryl Sabara.
