After a major health scare, Jelly Roll's wife discovered the power of faith: 'Hallelujah'
Since 2016, the country star and former model have been wed.
Jelly Roll's wife, Bunnie Xo, received some troubling health information recently.
Bunnie disclosed that after experiencing persistent headaches for several months, she underwent an MRI last week. Doctors informed her that she had an aneurysm on her carotid artery, which is one of her greatest fears. However, the podcast host stated that the experience has helped her "learn to have faith for the first time in my life."
On Tuesday, she announced on Facebook that she was undergoing an MRI, and on Friday, she posted a video detailing her experience, captioned "The past 4 days have been a nightmare."
"She started experiencing severe and unusual headaches in March, prompting her to schedule an MRI/MRA with her doctor this week."
Bunnie was informed that she might have an aneurysm on her carotid artery, but a subsequent scan is necessary to confirm or dismiss this possibility.
Having an aneurysm is a big fear of hers, she explained, as she revealed that her mother had one that actually ruptured, but she survived it.

The additional scan confirmed the original diagnosis that she had a two-millimeter aneurysm.
"The past four days felt like I had a death sentence," she said. "Coming to terms with your own mortality is never enjoyable."
Although she admitted that her aneurysm is "minuscule," she stated, "No one desires to carry a grenade in their head."
On Friday, she met with a neurosurgeon who informed her that the findings in her scans were likely artifacts instead of an aneurysm, and he questioned why she was referred to him for a consultation.
She assured her followers that she would keep them updated, even though she is getting a second opinion and her neurosurgeon believes another scan will prove him right.
"Praise Jesus I got this cleared," she said.
On Sunday, Bunnie posted on Facebook, expressing that the health scare had given her a new perspective on life and made her want to make changes, such as being more appreciative of her loved ones.
Additionally, it caused me to reevaluate my relationship with God and learn to have faith for the first time in my life. Even my husband texting me last night saying 'You're my best friend' brought me to tears.
Until you feel like you could lose life and the people in it at any moment, you may not fully appreciate how much you value them. So, take a moment to love your loved ones a little more today, as a tribute to Bunnie's request.
She finished her post with "I love you guys- Happy Sunday."
