Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have split after 16 years of marriage.

The actress, who has been the subject of divorce rumors, confirmed the news on social media on Thursday.

"For years, I've been on a journey of self-realization and transformation, both as an individual and in partnership with Cash. I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years. Now, it's time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals."

""We will continue to advance with love, kindness, and respect for one another, while keeping our children as our top priority and asking for privacy at this moment," she stated."

Alba and Warren, who met on the set of "Fantastic Four" in 2004, got married in 2008 and have three children together: daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, and son Hayes, 7.

In 2023, on the "Whine Down with Jana Kramer" podcast, Warren, a film producer, confessed that they had briefly separated from their partner four years earlier.

When Warren and Alba first began dating, Warren felt "extremely envious of other men and the attention they were receiving from Alba."

"I was always confident, but suddenly I found myself feeling jealous all the time."

"He said, "I felt like I was turning into an a--hole because I knew it didn't make me or you feel good when I felt that way.""

He continued, "During our breakup, I made a promise to myself to channel my emotions into a more productive way if we ever got back together."

In 2021, Alba revealed the challenges she encountered in her marriage.

"For the first 2 1/2 years, it's all rosy," Alba stated in an interview on Katherine Schwarzenegger's Instagram show, "Before, During and After Baby." "However, after that, you become roommates."

"You're simply going through the motions," she remarked. "You have the duties. It's all about checking the boxes, isn't it?"

In May 2024, Alba commemorated the 16th wedding anniversary of the former couple by posting a special tribute to Warren.

"20 years of togetherness and 16 years of marriage, we're forever committed to each other. I'm proud of us for making it this far and choosing to be family. Through thick and thin, we've found our way back to each other and I love you. Happy Anniversary Cash Warren!"

Alba's representative did not promptly respond to Planet Chronicle Digital's inquiry for comment.
