A lawyer for Justin Baldoni says that Blake Lively's claims are "false and destructive," and that a new lawsuit will reveal the truth.

Justin Baldoni intends to "reveal" the "inaccurate" storyline that his lawyer claims was fabricated by Blake Lively's lawsuit against the actor.

The upcoming lawsuit will reveal the "truth" following Lively's accusations of sexual harassment against Baldoni during the filming of "It Ends With Us," based on the novel by Colleen Hoover.

According to People magazine, Bryan Freedman, Baldoni's lawyer, stated that the statement was not a response or countersuit, but rather a deliberate pursuit of truth.

The lawsuit will reveal the false and harmful narrative that was deliberately created by a reputable media outlet, which relied on unreliable sources and failed to conduct a thorough fact-checking process to verify the accuracy of the information presented.

The evidence presented is authentic and unaltered, unlike the doctored and spliced story published in the 'New York Times' on December 21st, 2024.

A detailed allegation of sexual harassment, retaliation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and more was made in a complaint filed on December 20 with the California Civil Rights department.

On Jan. 4, 2024, the actress reportedly held an "all hands" meeting to discuss the alleged behavior of Baldoni and film producer Jamey Heath, with her husband, Ryan Reynolds, present.

"Ms. Lively was compelled to confront issues regarding Mr. Baldoni and Mr. Heath's improper behavior with her personally, and she started doing so prior to filming, according to the complaint obtained by Planet Chronicle Digital. The concerns she raised were not only for her own sake but also for the other female cast and crew members who had also voiced their opinions."

The alleged behavior discussed included no more showing nude videos or images of women to Lively, no more mention of Baldoni's or Heath's previous "pornography addiction," no more discussions about personal experiences with sex, no more descriptions of their own genitalia, no more adding sex scenes outside what was in the original script, no more discussions about Blake's weight or deceased father, and more.

Although all parties initially agreed to stop the behavior outlined, Lively alleges in her complaint that Baldoni engaged in and participated in a "social manipulation" campaign to "destroy" her career and reputation.

Lively stated in a New York Times interview that he hopes his legal action will expose the harmful tactics used to target individuals who speak out about misconduct and safeguard those who may become victims.

Baldoni's lawyer refuted the accusations, stating that they are baseless, exaggerated, and aimed at causing harm to Baldoni's reputation through sensationalized media coverage.
