A country singer kicked out a fan from a concert for hitting a woman, prompting some to call him a coward.
The 'American Idol' winner from the 10th season gained fame as a country star.
Scotty McCreery is a gentleman.
At the Colorado State Fair last weekend, a country star reportedly witnessed a man hitting a woman during his first song of the night, as seen in a video shared on social media.
"You hit the lady, sir!" McCreey shouted from the stage after stopping to sing and pointing out the crowd. "Absolutely not. Who hit the lady?"
He then called for police and security to intervene.
Did he say "Get the heck out of here" when the crowd booed the unseen man in the footage? Yes, he was escorted out of the concert.
"Did you see Gabi in the photos behind me at the Scotty McCreery show?" the singer exclaimed in disbelief, as he sang "It Matters to Her" and was inspired by her.
Scotty ensured everything was okay at the country concert, as stated in the TikTok user's caption.
Now is when the dude gets his butt whipped.
McCreery stated, "It's unacceptable, so inform the police about the person who struck the lady."
He exclaimed, "You're a coward for hitting a lady. Leave now."
He then got back to the show.
An incident occurred at the Scotty McCreery concert where a man assaulted a woman, causing the performer to stop the show, according to Olga Robak, the director of communications and Public Awareness for the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
"We are still investigating this incident and cannot provide any additional information," she stated.
The police who secured the fair have been contacted by Planet Chronicle Digital for reps McCreery.
In 2019, Gabi McCreery stated that faith plays a crucial role in their relationship.
"Our parents instilled in us the belief that we are complete individuals and that's something I cherish about us," she shared on Caroline Hobby's "Get Real" podcast. "We were confident in our identities before we got married, and we knew who we were in Christ."
