Trump holds a blunt press conference while Harris avoids the media.
Since being named the Democratic nominee, Harris has not given a press conference or granted an interview.
Trump held another hours-long press conference on Thursday, his second this month, to emphasize the differences between his candidacy, policies, and campaign compared to Vice President Harris, who has avoided the media since being named the Democratic presidential nominee.
On Thursday, Trump gave a speech at his New Jersey property about the increasing costs under the Biden-Harris administration while holding up groceries.
"Trump stated on Thursday that Harris has declared tackling inflation as a "Day One priority." However, he pointed out that for Kamala, "Day One" was actually three and a half years ago."
"Why hasn't she done it and where has she been?"
For 25 days, Harris has been the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee without holding a press conference or a sit-down interview with the media.
Trump accused Harris of concealing her campaign, similar to how he claimed the Biden campaign was concealing him.
"Trump stated, "They're treating her the same as him because I believe she's incompetent, and I don't think people will believe what she says.""
Sources close to Trump's political circle have revealed to Planet Chronicle that his top advisors are privately urging him to tone down his attacks on Harris and her racial identity, and instead emphasize her liberal views and positions on the border, crime, and inflation.
During a press conference on Thursday, Trump was questioned about the "personal attacks" directed towards Harris.
""I'm very angry at her because of what she's done to the country. She weaponized the justice system against me and others, and I think I'm entitled to personal attacks," Trump said."
Trump stated that he lacks respect for her intelligence and believes she would make a poor president.
"He emphasized the importance of winning and added that personal attacks, whether good or bad, are directed towards him personally."
Trump stated that Harris referred to him and JD as "weird," but JD was not weird. He was an excellent student at Yale and graduated in two years at the top of his class.
Trump criticized Harris' running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, calling him "a weird guy," and added that Harris is "weird in her policy."
""Who wouldn't want lower taxes?" Trump said."
Politicians have always campaigned on reducing taxes, but this is the first time I've heard them say they're going to increase taxes, Trump stated.
Trump emphasized that the public is unaware of who she is.
"She is a radical left socialist," Trump stated. "However, she is far beyond socialism, and she will destroy our country. When they discover this, you will witness something."
Trump defended his attacks against Harris.
"I just want to win for my country. Some people say, 'Why don't you be nice?' But they're not nice to me," he said. "They want to put me in prison. You know, just so you understand. You know, they tell me I should be nice. They want to put me in prison. It's never happened before in the history of our country. I did nothing wrong."
Trump mentioned his legal challenges, stating that several cases have been dismissed or postponed.
Trump stated that he wished he didn't have to run for his campaign.
"If our country were run by Democrats and it was run beautifully, where we were really being productive and everything else, I would have never done this," Trump said. "I wouldn't have done it if I thought I couldn't have won. I think I can win, I think I can win easily once they're exposed for what they are, which is, you know, radical left lunatics. And that's what they are."
Trump said Harris is "going to ruin our country."
"Trump stated, "I hope the people of our country are able to think for themselves, as I believe they are, because if they do, they will see the destruction that will be caused by Kamala and this person who came out of nowhere. He is from a state that I love, but the state is doing poorly, and he is the one who signed a bill that will have tampons in boys' bathrooms.""
"What's wrong with us as a country?" Trump asked. "If we had someone doing a great job, I would be very happy."
Trump stated that despite his campaign efforts and desire to win in November, he hopes the country performs well in the remaining months of Biden's term, acknowledging that it may make it more challenging for him to achieve victory.
""If they were great leaders, I would be the first to say they're doing a fantastic job," Trump said."
Trump was questioned about why he believed God had saved his life during the July 13 assassination attempt at his Butler, Pa. rally.
""God played a role in that miracle," Trump stated."
"Perhaps it's our goal - to save this world, which is on the brink of destruction."
The Harris campaign released a mock email advisory on Wednesday stating that Donald Trump would give an incoherent and false speech at a news conference on Thursday.
James Singer, a spokesperson for the Harris campaign, informed Planet Chronicle that Vice President Harris and Governor Walz are communicating with voters, articulating a vision for the middle class, and assuring Americans that they will defend their liberties.
His Project 2025 agenda is toxic, his thoughts are incoherent, and he only offers insults and higher prices to the middle class, despite being able to speak to anyone he wants.
