After Robert F. Kennedy Jr. abandoned his presidential campaign to support former President Donald Trump, Kerry Kennedy announced she will publicly oppose the ticket her brother is associated with in a crucial swing state.
Kerry Kennedy has frequently spoken out against RFK Jr.'s political aspirations, particularly his endorsement of Trump, which she believes tarnishes the legacy of their father.
Kerry Kennedy, who was previously married to former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo for 15 years, will be campaigning for the Harris-Walz ticket in Arizona.
According to published reports, she intends to collaborate with Dolores Huerta at multiple events in that swing state.
At his tragic June 5, 1968 Los Angeles campaign event, where he was assassinated, former Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy Sr. was joined onstage by labor leader Huerta, known for the phrase "Si, se puede [Yes, we can]".
On Tuesday, Kerry Kennedy met with "Republicans for Harris-Walz" in Arizona and stated that the presidential race is "the most consequential election in our lifetimes."

Planet Chronicle Digital was informed by the Harris campaign about an Arizona event featuring Kerry Kennedy.
An official from "Arizona Republicans for Harris" stated that the group welcomed Kerry Kennedy and emphasized her dedication to bipartisan cooperation and improving the country for everyone.
Jack Schlossberg, the grandson of former President John F. Kennedy, stated that he was not taken aback by his cousin's political actions.
"Schlossberg wrote on X, formerly Twitter, that RFK JR is for sale and works for Trump, while Kamala Harris is for the people."
Other notable family members, such as U.S. Envoy to Northern Ireland Joe Kennedy III and former Maryland Lt. Gov. Kathleen Kennedy-Townsend, have also criticized RFK Jr.'s decision to support Trump.
During RFK Jr.'s presidential campaign this year, brother Joseph Kennedy II stated that it is crucial not to take away any votes from President Biden, as reported by the New York Post.
"The Democrats will be torn between their loyalty to the Kennedy name and their support for the other candidates on the ballot."
Ethel's 96th birthday was briefly put aside politics by the Kennedy family in April.
RFK Jr. acknowledges that some of his family members are not in favor of his political decisions.
He expressed gratitude to his actress wife Cheryl Hines for her continued support, despite her discomfort with his Trump endorsement.
He said that we will need love and unity even in the face of disagreement in the coming times.
