Harris prepares for debate with Google lawyer, sparking 'conflict of interest,' Trump campaign alleges.
The Trump campaign is stating that their administration is suing Google, while Harris is receiving political advice from the defendant's lawyer.
The first presidential debate is being targeted by the Trump campaign for a possible conflict of interest.
Google's lead defense attorney, Karen Dunn, is also working on the Trump campaign's preparation for Vice President Kamala Harris's upcoming showdown with President Biden on September 10th.
The Biden-Harris administration's antitrust lawsuit against Google's digital advertising practices will commence on Sept. 9, one day prior to the first presidential debate.
As Google's outside counsel, Dunn is named as the "lead attorney" in the lawsuit through law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
Harris received advice from Dunn prior to her 2020 vice presidential debate with Pence.
"According to Tim Murtaugh, the Trump campaign senior adviser, Kamala Harris will never challenge Big Tech because she is being coached on what to say in debates by Google's top lawyer. This is despite the fact that the Biden administration is currently suing Google. Murtaugh added that it is "outrageous" that Harris is taking political advice from the defendant's lawyer."
A conflict of interest is evident in the situation, as any first-year law student would recognize.
Since gaining power, Big Tech and the Biden-Harris White House have been conspiring to censor and trample the rights of law-abiding citizens, as he stated.
Although they don't make an effort to conceal their close relationship, which has been widely publicized by the media, it is still repulsive and hazardous.
Last month, reports from The Washington Post and Bloomberg News indicated that Dunn had joined the Harris campaign to assist with debate preparation.
""The defendant's lawyer is coaching her," Murtaugh said."
Neither the Harris campaign nor Dunn responded to our request for comment.
Google's autocomplete search results did not initially show the July 13 assassination attempt against Trump after he came under scrutiny following the assassination attempt.
Google acknowledged that it initially suppressed and deleted search queries related to the assassination attempt against Trump, stating that they were forbidden by design and in accordance with the company's policy to prevent search results for "hypothetical political violence against current figures."
He stated that we do not permit accusatory predictions that lack expert evidence of serious malevolent acts.
The Trump campaign is opposing the Harris campaign's request for live microphones during the Sept. 10 debate, as the original agreement had microphones muted except when the candidate was directed to speak.
Brian Fallon, senior adviser for communications of the Harris campaign, stated on Monday that the campaign believes both candidates' mics should be live during the full broadcast of any October debate, including ABC and other networks seeking to host it.
"According to Fallon, Trump's handlers prefer a muted microphone because they believe their candidate cannot act presidential for 90 minutes without it. It is suspected that Trump's team has not informed their boss about this disagreement because it would be embarrassing to admit that they do not believe he can handle himself against Vice President Harris without the use of a mute button."
"The Vice President is prepared to handle Trump's continuous falsehoods and interruptions in real-time. Trump should cease using the mute button as a hiding place."
The Trump campaign senior adviser, Jason Miller, is responding to the Harris campaign by saying "enough with the games" and accusing them of trying to avoid a debate with the former president.
"We agreed to the ABC debate under the same terms as the CNN debate. The Harris campaign, after agreeing to CNN's rules, requested a seated debate with notes and opening statements. We refused to make any changes to the previously agreed-upon rules," Miller stated. "If Kamala Harris cannot repeat the messaging points her handlers want her to remember, that is their issue."
Miller said this is a "pattern" for the Harris campaign.
"According to Miller, they won't let Harris do interviews or press conferences, and now they want to give her a cheat-sheet for the debate. My assumption is that they're trying to find a way to avoid any debate with President Trump."
"Regardless, there's no way Harris is prepared to be Commander in Chief," he added.
Regarding Harris' debate prep with Dunn, Murtaugh chimed in.
"Google's lawyer is panicking after seeing something they don't like, and now the Harris camp is complaining about debate rules again, with Karen Dunn's help."
