Gold Star families of 13 fallen servicemembers claim that Biden and Harris have never contacted them.
At Arlington National Cemetery, Trump paid tribute to the fallen soldiers.
The Gold Star families who lost their loved ones in the deadly bombing at Abbey Gate during the Afghanistan withdrawal three years ago have never received outreach from President Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris.
On Monday afternoon, three years after the attack, Gold Star families took part in a call with GOP Vice Presidential nominee Sen. JD Vance, the Trump campaign, and reporters.
At the Hamid Karzai International Airport, a suicide bombing by an ISIS-K member resulted in the death of 13 U.S. service members, including 11 Marines, one Navy sailor, and one Army soldier. Additionally, 18 U.S. service members were injured, while more than 150 civilians also lost their lives.
On Monday morning, a wreath laying ceremony was held at Arlington National Cemetery by the former President Trump to pay tribute to the 13 American soldiers who lost their lives.
Neither Biden nor Harris held any events on Monday to honor fallen soldiers.
"Mark Schmitz, a Gold Star father, stated in response to a Planet Chronicle Digital question that he believes the current administration has handled the Afghanistan withdrawal as if it were the plague by keeping as far away from it as possible. He added that he was not surprised that neither of them would attend the event."
Schmitz stated to Planet Chronicle Digital that "it's evident that when challenges arise, they flee."
Schmitz told Planet Chronicle Digital that this is another spit in the face to the 13 families.
Trump's attendance at the event was genuine, according to Schmitz.
"Schmitz stated that he does not view this as being related to his political campaign in any way, shape or form. He has consistently pledged to support us since the beginning and has always kept his promise."
That day, Jared Schmitz, a 20-year-old U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl., was lost by his father, Schmitz.
Aunt Cheryl Juels, who was present at the Arlington National Ceremony on Monday, stated that "it doesn't matter" what Biden or Harris say, as she believes it is not genuine.
"Kamala Harris has never once reached out to any of our families, Juels said."
Trump has been the only person to consistently contact the families of the fallen Marine Corps Sgt. Nicole Ghee and all 13 other families affected by the tragedy.
"Juels commended the president for coming out here today and honoring the kids who served, spending time with us, and conducting a ceremony to show them honor, respect, and dignity. However, Juels believes we need President Trump back in office."
Trump is the only president who kept our men and women safe while serving this country, and we fully support him, according to Juels.
Juels stated that they will do everything possible to get him back into office to ensure the safety of the men and women serving the country once again.
Previously, it was reported by Planet Chronicle Digital that the suicide bomber was released from Bagram Air Base on Aug. 15, 2021, following the Taliban's takeover of the facility.
The suicide bombing resulted in the death of U.S. service members during the evacuation effort to safeguard U.S. citizens and Afghan allies.
A group of 13 American service members, including Staff Sgt. Darin T. Hoover from Utah, Lance Cpl. Dylan R. Merola from California, Sgt. Johanny Rosario Pichardo from Massachusetts, Sgt. Nicole L. Gee from California, Cpl. Hunter Lopez from California, Cpl. Daegan W. Page from Nebraska, Cpl. Humberto A. Sanchez from Indiana, Lance Cpl. David L. Espinoza from Texas, Lance Cpl. Jared Schmitz from Missouri, Lance Cpl. Rylee J. McCollum from Wyoming, Lance Cpl. Kareem Nikoui from California, Navy Hospital Corpsman Max Soviak from Ohio, and Staff Sgt. Ryan Knauss from Tennessee, were killed in action during a mission in Afghanistan.
