At-large Wyoming seat defended by Harriet Hageman after winning Republican primary.
Since 2023, Rep Harriet Hageman has represented the at-large district.
On Tuesday night, Rep. Harriet Hageman, R-Wyo., easily won the Republican primary for Wyoming's at-large congressional district.
Wyoming, like Alaska, Delaware, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Vermont, is one of the six states with only one statewide district.
Harriet is currently serving on the Natural Resources and Judiciary Committees and is running for re-election on a platform that includes securing the border, protecting the Second Amendment, and advocating for federal land management reform.
Before she defeated former Rep. Liz Cheney in the 2022 midterms, former President Trump endorsed Hageman.
In 2022, Steven Helling, an attorney from Casper, ran for the seat as a Democrat and faced opposition from Hageman, a Republican.
In his last congressional campaign, Helling promoted a "Democrats for Trump" movement, but failed to secure the Democratic nomination.
