The Israeli-American hostage's father demanded a "negotiated agreement with Satan" as President Biden and Vice President Harris met with the U.S. negotiating team.

"According to Jonathan Dekel-Chen, whose son Sagui is still being held in Gaza, the only way to get hostages home alive is through a negotiated agreement with Satan. Dekel-Chen made this statement in an interview with "Fox & Friends" Monday morning. Despite Israel's military and intelligence senior command's calls for the fighting to stop in order to get the hostages back, as many as possible alive, all 101 hostages remain."

Dekel-Chen stated that there are seven U.S. citizens still being held by Hamas as hostages, with four believed to be alive and three whose murders have already been confirmed.

"Dekel-Chen stated that the time has come to end the fantasy of total victory over Hamas through the sacrifice of Israeli citizens who are hostages in Gaza. After 11 months of military pressure, it is clear that this approach has not resulted in an agreement with Hamas. Yesterday, six bodies of hostages who were alive until recently were returned, and a week before that, six other hostages were returned after their murder."

On Monday morning, the 2024 Democratic presidential nominee, Biden and Harris, will meet in the White House Situation Room with the U.S. hostage deal negotiating team after the murder of six hostages, including American citizen Hersh Goldberg-Polin, by Hamas on Saturday.

The aim of the meeting is to discuss strategies for achieving a deal that results in the release of the remaining captives.

On Sunday, large crowds of protesters gathered in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and other Israeli cities, expressing their frustration and anger towards the country's leadership for not being able to secure a cease-fire agreement that would free the remaining hostages. According to Israeli media, the number of protesters was estimated to be up to 500,000 in major Israeli cities.

On Monday, a call for a general strike in Israel to protest the failure to return hostages held in Gaza resulted in closures and disruptions around the country, including at its main international airport.

According to Dekel-Chen, the Biden administration will consider their mission accomplished when all hostages are back home, including the seven Americans and the 101 others. Since October 7, the administration has provided exceptional support, as has Congress, which is remarkable in today's highly polarized political climate.

"The father stated that the Biden administration is not responsible for signing the agreement, but rather the United States, Qatar, and Egypt are working together to broker an agreement between Israel and a terrorist organization. He added that the Biden administration has done everything possible to bring the two sides to an agreement, but a little more is needed to convince Hamas and the Israeli government to end the conflict and bring the people home. Americans, U.S. citizens, and everyone else are affected by this situation."

Netanyahu and his coalition have no excuse not to complete a deal, but Hamas has rejected recent proposals.

According to Dekel-Chen, the complete elimination of Hamas should not be a deal-breaker because they no longer have the power to control the Gaza Strip.

"The senior command of the Army and our intelligence services have stated that Hamas is no longer a viable military or governing organization, and can only be used for domestic political purposes by the prime minister and his coalition. The only resistance to this deal comes from the government itself, with many unqualified ministers making decisions from a military and intelligence standpoint."
