Trump should take over Mexico after Canada and make it 'safe', according to Rogan.
Rogan proposed making it completely safe during lockdown and then expanding safety.
President-elect Trump's recent discussion about expanding U.S. territory prompted Podcaster Joe Rogan to suggest annexing Mexico as he tightens his stance on crime control.
In the past week, Trump has considered expanding the United States' territory, including the possibility of acquiring Greenland or making Canada the 51st state.
""Many Canadians are excited about the possibility of becoming the 51st State. The United States would no longer have to deal with the massive trade deficits and subsidies that Canada needs to remain competitive. Justin Trudeau recognized this and resigned. If Canada were to merge with the U.S., there would be no tariffs, taxes would decrease significantly, and they would be completely secure from the threat of Russian and Chinese ships that constantly surround them. Together, they could create a great nation," Trump wrote on Truth Social following Canadian PM Justin Trudeau's announcement of his upcoming resignation."
On Wednesday, Rogan discussed his suggestion to let Mexico into the country, which he shared on Instagram via a screenshot.
"On "The Joe Rogan Experience," comedian and podcaster Theo Von queried Rogan about whether he believed Canada would be admitted as the 51st or 52nd state, whichever position it was designated."
Rogan replied, "In my opinion, we should first conquer Canada and then proceed to Mexico."
"Let's go," his comedian guest said approvingly.
Rogan explained his reasoning for the social media post he floated.
"Let's just let him stay here instead of sneaking over. We should make this a lockdown safe place and expand it without taking away people's rights. Instead of letting in all the bad stuff, let's go into Mexico."
Poland, known for its strict border policies, was cited by Theo Von as an example of a country that has faced challenges during the migrant crisis.
Is it true that Poland doesn't allow anyone to enter or exit their country? Theo Von asked.
"Rogan confirmed that they don't mess around," said the dude.
Theo Von contended that America has lost its "Ford tough" identity and now feels like a "halfway house" of ideals, with people unsure of what America truly represents.
"Rogan remarked, "That's the part that's easy to manipulate, right?" In the midst of the chaos we're discussing, when people are unsure about what America stands for, that's when these fake activist groups emerge."
