Trump-loving brother takes over Thanksgiving column for liberal New York Times opinion writer.
Kevin, Maureen Dowd's brother, expressed gratitude to Trump for allowing him to sleep peacefully in his twilight years.
A New York Times columnist has given her brother, who supports Trump, the task of writing her Thanksgiving op-ed, with the condition that he refrain from boasting.
"Amid critics' skepticism, Maureen Dowd's opinion column on Thursday insisted that her brother Kevin is very much real, as demonstrated by the Trump Dance," explained the headline.
Despite years of labeling President-elect Trump as a racist, dictator, and Hitler, Democrats are spending the holiday season "eating a giant helping of crow."
""Perhaps it's because the Biden-Harris administration and its leftist allies have created a country that nobody wants to live in," he wrote."
Kevin stated that the "lawfare" against Trump-elect only bolstered his support amidst concerns about his January 6 involvement.
Jeff Bezos, owner of The Washington Post, warned of media distrust, and Kevin attributed the "wildly slanted" coverage of Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris' failure to attend Joe Rogan's podcast as significant factors in the election.
Kevin wrote, 'Some of the same Democrats who claimed Biden's decline was overstated now claim Harris is an exciting, transformative force. Please.'
He advised Trump to steer clear of "petty disputes and perceived slights" that could impede his presidency.
Trump should close the border, remove regulations, end the "war on fossil fuels," and cancel electric vehicle mandates, according to the guest opinion columnist.
"Despite how frustrating Trump can be, the country needs him," Kevin wrote. "The wind is in his favor. The election was won not only by MAGA supporters but also by millions of voters who were fed up."
Kevin concluded his work by vowing to teach his sister the "Trump Shuffle."
As I enter my golden years, I want to express my gratitude to Trump for ensuring my peaceful slumber.
