The wife of a former border agent claims that Hispanic voters are turning away from Vice President Kamala Harris.
A recent poll shows that Trump holds an 11-point advantage over Kamala Harris among Latino voters.
A retired Border Patrol agent's wife stated that Hispanic voters are "disillusioned" with illegal immigration and the Biden-Harris administration's policies, according to a new poll showing former President Trump leading VP Kamala Harris by 11 points in the crucial demographic.
"On "Fox & Friends First," Irene Armendariz-Jackson stated that she believes the Democrats have effectively campaigned for the Trump administration."
Illegal immigration has caused frustration among Hispanic voters who entered the country legally.
The speaker stated that America has become aware of the situation, particularly the Latino and Hispanic communities. They are tired of seeing these individuals take advantage of the situation and are no longer willing to spend money on them, with over $571 billion already spent.
Armendariz-Jackson, whose parents legally migrated to the U.S., questioned how the immigration system could be broken if many families like hers were able to make the journey.
"What is it that so many individuals have adhered to the procedure and are now legally present, including my brother, parents, and brother-in-law?" she inquired.
The Texas congressional candidate stated that those entering the country illegally are "wasting their time" and believes they will be deported if Trump is elected president again.
An internal memo sent to Border Patrol agents in the El Paso, Texas sector, obtained by NewsNation, states that Sinaloa Cartel members are now allowed to shoot at agents.
Several individuals in Mexico were seen by contractors working in Eagle Pass, Texas, who reported taking fire from the Mexican side of the border. No injuries were reported.
Armendariz-Jackson stated that the Biden and Harris administration will not take any action if a Border Patrol agent is shot and killed by a lame duck government that is not going to address the issue.
The latest USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll shows Trump and Harris tied at 44% and 45%, respectively.
In the seven weeks between surveys, Harris's support among Latino and Black voters has decreased. The new poll shows that Latino voters now support Trump by 49% to 38%, while Black voters prefer Harris by 72% to 17%. However, this 55-point edge among Black voters is less than the traditional advantage Democrats enjoy.
In the 2020 presidential race, President Biden received substantial backing from Black and Latino voters, with 92% of Black voters and 59% of Latino voters supporting him.
Trump has gained support among Black and Latino voters in the 2024 election by targeting men and focusing on economic growth and public safety.
