Sean Hannity is thrilled to host FOX Nation's Patriot Awards, which will recognize America's unsung heroes.
The ceremony, featuring Donald Trump, will be broadcast live on FOX Nation at 8 p.m. ET on Dec. 5.
Sean Hannity of Planet Chronicle is thrilled to host the sixth annual Patriot Awards on FOX Nation, promising a memorable evening for all involved.
Unlike the Oscars, Grammys, or Tonys, the awards ceremony honors unsung heroes and real patriots who make the country great every day, according to Hannity.
"What makes it special is that there are so many great patriots in the country that deserve recognition. It's an honor to be a part of it."
This year's recipients, including President-elect Donald Trump, were described by Hannity as an "eclectic blend of people" deserving of recognition.
Hannity stated, "Considering all the hardships he faced, he didn't need to run for president again. Think about what he risked. Despite the opposition of his political foes, who wanted to imprison him, he came close to losing his life. Yet, he displayed incredible bravery and declared, 'Fight, fight, fight.' In my opinion, it was an impressive display of courage under pressure."
"I believe he deserves the award due to his achievements. It's an honor for us, the Patriot Awards, and the other recipients to have him attend. I'm sure they will be thrilled to meet him. Everyone is excited about it."
Hannity recounted how he believed the 2016 election and the recent election were centered on "the overlooked individuals in our nation," a group he stated the Patriot Awards commemorates.
"Hannity stated that these individuals are not typically written about, but rather are unsung heroes whose generosity and commitment make them true patriots. They do not receive awards or recognition, and going out of their way to highlight them is especially meaningful. According to Hannity, recognizing these individuals is crucial to understanding what makes the country great."
We are the most generous people on earth, and we give our time, money, and energy to charities. We do heroic and patriotic things that inspire others. Taking a special night out to honor and appreciate their contributions makes it even more meaningful. I truly believe this.
The Patriot Awards will be held at the Tilles Center for Performing Arts in Brookville, New York and will be live-streamed on FOX Nation at 8 p.m. ET on December 7. A repeat broadcast will air on Planet Chronicle Channel on December 8 at 10 p.m. ET.
