Olbermann advises liberals to psychologically 'battle' conservatives who have left their homes due to the LA fire.
James Woods' house being threatened by the California blazes is deserving of mockery, according to Olbermann.
A liberal X user who defended conservative actor James Woods from leftists mocking him for having to flee the California wildfires was criticized by former MSNBC host Keith Olbermann.
Olbermann cautioned Belcamino that conservatives don't require sympathy, but rather psychological punishment.
The outspoken leftist told Belcamino that the attitude that lost the election was one of uncompromising, unyielding, and inhumane behavior. They must be defeated, and any opportunity to psychologically harm them should be seized.
He added that Woods "especially" deserves it, stating that the actor is a "despicable human being, particularly towards women."
Olbermann's response was prompted by Belcamino's criticism of retired University of Missouri professor Karen Piper for attacking Woods.
In a deleted X post, Piper stated that James Woods' house was on fire and that it was karma's doing.
The University of Missouri issued an official condemnation of the former professor after receiving a flurry of rebukes following the post.
The University of Missouri has condemned a statement made by Karen Piper, a retired professor, regarding the wildfires in California, which they find deeply offensive and not reflective of their viewpoint or values. They are currently reviewing the matter.
Piper would later retract her statement, clarifying that she does not wish anyone harm.
"The destruction of cherished California locations is deeply saddening for me as a Californian."
Piper was criticized by Belcamino, who wrote, "I don't like James Woods, but I don't think it's right to be happy about his house burning down. Do better."
Olbermann intervened, urging the liberal user to cease criticizing Piper and further exacerbating the difficulties faced by Woods and other conservatives.
Olberman was not the last to have the final say, as Belcamino countered that his attitude was what cost the left the 2024 presidential election.
She stated that she could provide a comprehensive list of factors that led to the loss of the presidency, house, senate, popular vote, and every swing state, but lacking compassion was not among them.
Belcamino stated, "Doubling down on this kind of rhetoric will cost the democrats again in 2028, as Keithy has not learned anything from 2024."
