NFL legend's daughter supports Trump and opposes biological males in women's sports: "Protecting women's rights"
Jim Brown's daughter discusses her endorsement of Trump on 'FOX & Friends'.
The daughter of the late NFL legend Jim Brown, who endorsed former President Donald Trump, explained how his support for the Black community shifted her perspective during his first term in office.
During "FOX & Friends," Kimberly Brown disclosed how her father's association with Trump broadened her perspective, and she explained her reasons for supporting the former president over Vice President Kamala Harris.
"On Friday, Brown stated that his dad went to meet with President-elect Trump, and when he went to meet with the president-elect, it opened his eyes. He remained neutral for a year within the president's presidency, but after that, he came out as a Trump supporter because he saw the moves that Donald Trump was making."
"In the first 100 days, he issued an executive order protecting our religious rights. I noticed that he was cutting funding for Planned Parenthood, the leading cause of Black deaths. He signed the First Step Act into law, promoting prison reform. My father was involved in drafting the First Step Act. He also championed school choice and increased funding for HBCUs, demonstrating his commitment to improving opportunities for Black people."
The former president is the candidate Brown will vote for in the upcoming election because she is a professional athlete herself and protecting the sanctity of women's sports is a crucial issue for her.
""I play tackle football, but I don't want to be on the field with a man wearing a wig, taking hormones, and taking hits. This will already affect me physically with injuries, as I am already susceptible to CTE and concussions. A 300-pound man going against me will put me at risk, as well as other girls and women, and the mental trauma of them coming into our safe spaces," she stated."
"Title IX was intended to provide a fair and equal playing field for women, but this new policy is different. It's unfair that women's rights are being taken away, and it's not clear how the Biden-Harris administration is supporting this agenda."
Brown was queried about her thoughts on Mark Cuban's recent comments on "The View," where he stated that the women who support him and surround Trump are weak and unintelligent.
"Cuban stated on Thursday that Donald Trump rarely encounters strong, intelligent women, as they intimidate him and he dislikes being challenged by them."
Brown called Cuban's remarks "completely false."
""If it weren't for the strong, intelligent women in his life, Donald Trump wouldn't be the 47th President of the United States," she said."
After facing criticism, Cuban attempted to provide further explanation on his comments regarding X.
He wrote that during a conversation about why Nikki Haley was not active in his campaign, he stated that he knew many strong, intelligent women who voted for Trump, including those in his extended family. He emphasized that this did not mean that all female voters were not smart, strong, and intelligent.
"Cuban stated that he believes Trump does not enjoy being challenged publicly, despite his past work with strong and intelligent women such as Elaine Chao, Kelly Anne, Ivanka, and many others."
