Laken Riley tapes should be listened to by all government officials, says Tom Homan: "Shame on you"
Tom Homan reveals the reason behind his emotional responses when discussing illegal immigration.
The Trump administration will not be stopped from deporting illegal migrants by sanctuary city officials, as warned by the incoming border czar.
"Recently on "The Ingraham Angle," incoming Trump border czar Tom Homan stated, "We're going to do what we're going to do, and you're not going to stop us.""
"We'll easily find a place to detain these individuals, but it will require funding. President Trump is committed to securing the necessary funds to ensure their arrest and deportation. They will be taken into custody, placed on an airplane, and returned to their home country."
Homan stated that he becomes "emotional" about illegal immigration because he has witnessed "so much tragedy" resulting from the sexual abuse and rape of children as young as 9 years old by illegal migrants.
Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student, was killed by an illegal immigrant while on a run, causing her family and friends to mourn her loss.
"He urged every mayor and governor of a sanctuary jurisdiction to listen to the tape of the young girl fighting for her life, struggling to breathe and terrified, in order to comprehend the ordeal she endured."
Homan advised federal officials to avoid "transgressing the boundary," referring to a law that classifies it as a federal offense to intentionally conceal undocumented immigrants.
"If a governor or mayor does not prioritize public safety in their communities, they should resign their office because their primary responsibility is to protect those communities," he stated. "We have methods for identifying individuals who pose a threat to public safety. We will locate many of these individuals, arrest them, detain them, and remove them from the community."
If a federal judge orders someone to be removed, they will be removed, but Homan assured there will be due process.
"Governors and mayors who claim to stop Tom Homan are also stopping President Trump. It is shameful. Your duty is to safeguard your communities, and that's what we aim to do, protect them."
