Kellyanne Conway labels 'Never Trumpers' as having 'stage 5 Trump Derangement Syndrome'.
'Kellyanne Conway stated that the public is out of touch with the public, and the election was a rejection of wokeness.'
Kellyanne Conway, a Planet Chronicle contributor, criticized a Never Trump activist and claimed that the movement contributed to the Democrats' loss in the election.
At the New York Times' DealBook Summit, a group of political figures discussed the reasons behind the Harris campaign's failure and how the Trump campaign effectively capitalized on cultural shifts that will shape America in 2024.
""The Democratic Party is out of touch with the public, as the election was a rejection of wokeness and people went more red in every state except Nebraska and Washington. This is a mandate for President Trump to make their lives safer, more secure, and more affordable, and to get them out of foreign engagements," Conway said."
But the anti-Trump Republicans, she said, were on another trajectory.
The Never Trumpers, who are always wrong and have unlimited money, cost the Democratic Party another presidential election, despite not being a member of the party, according to her.
Conway and Sarah Longwell, the publisher of The Bulwark and host of "The Focus Group" podcast, engaged in a verbal exchange.
"You have stage 5 Trump Derangement Syndrome," Conway charged.
Longwell responded, "You are bad people who are bad for the country and attacked the Constitution," while Conway questioned, "Who are 'you guys'? The country?"
Maggie Haberman begged the women to stop talking over each other, saying "Please, stop."
Longwell acknowledged some flaws of the Democrat Party in the election, including their argument against President Biden's reelection and their lack of a plan on immigration, which voters care about.
She contended that Republicans' victory was due to their ability to deceive people, with Trump being a skilled liar, and their proficiency in manipulating the media.
Are you saying the American people are stupid, Conway?
""No, I'm saying you guys are better at talking," Longwell began to reply as Conway inquired about her previous statement."
"The Trump campaign," Longwell responded and the pair continued.
In 2016, Conway served as Trump's campaign manager, but did not participate in the Trump-Vance 2024 campaign.
