John Daly applauds Trump's victory and reassures distressed celebrities: He is committed to safeguarding America.
Golf legend reveals on 'Fox & Friends' that Trump had informed him of his presidential ambitions in 1992.
John Daly, a legendary golfer, celebrated President-elect Donald Trump's historic election win as celebrities have struggled to accept the results, arguing the country is yearning for his America-first leadership as he prepares for his White House return.
During "Fox & Friends," Daly argued that America needs Trump's leadership to protect the country once again, praising him for his accomplishments during his first term.
"Our country needs Daddy Trump, and what he did as our 45th president was a miracle," Daly said on Friday. "He got us out of a lot of things and all he wants to do is protect our country. It's like we want to protect our kids and our family. Daddy Trump wants to protect America, and he's going to do it again."
On Wednesday morning, it was announced that Trump had won the 2024 presidential election after winning all swing states that had been called, including Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and North Carolina.
On Friday, Trump had 295 electoral votes, with only a few left to be decided, and was also ahead of Vice President Harris in the popular vote by 4 million votes.
Trump's success, according to Daly, is due to voters' desire to prioritize the needs and safety of citizens in an America-first agenda. He also addressed the reactions of various celebrities and public figures, including Cardi B, LeBron James, Billie Eilish, and Mark Hamill.
"Daly stated, "Protecting our family is the priority. We must safeguard our borders and citizens to ensure their safety. Before we can protect others, we must first protect our own family. This is what 'daddy' wants to achieve. The increasing presence of Venezuela gangs in Colorado and immigrants taking over apartments and hotels is a concern. We must prioritize the safety of our family and our country.""
"First, we must safeguard them, and then we can address other matters beyond the US borders," he stated. "Daddy Trump is focused on protecting Americans and utilizing his common sense to secure our country. He is an exceptional individual, and the entire family shares this dedication to safeguarding us."
Daly, who is familiar with Trump through golf, stated that the president-elect had foreseen this momentous occasion prior to its occurrence.
"We spent four hours on the back porch, sipping Jack Daniels and Diet Cokes while discussing our shared love for golf. He was particularly passionate about the sport, but when he stood up, he declared his ambition to become the President of the United States in 1992."
"I've never known a better family than the Trumps."
