Jennifer Lopez tearfully endorses Harris after being ambushed by Diddy's question, fueling speculation.
The 'Maid in Manhattan' star's past relationship with the rapper is being scrutinized since he was charged with sex trafficking.
Jennifer Lopez was moved to tears at a rally in Las Vegas on Thursday after being asked about her ex-boyfriend Sean "Diddy" Combs at an autograph signing earlier in the day.
"The "Second Act" star urged the crowd at Harris' rally Thursday night to be emotional, upset, scared, and outraged through tears."
During a screening of her movie "Unstoppable" in Hollywood, Lopez was asked about Diddy and the allegations while signing autographs for fans.
Lopez, with her security team, moved on to the elevator after the question, being near the end of the line of fans.
Combs' past relationship with the star has been scrutinized after his arrest on sex trafficking charges.
From 1999 to 2001, Combs and Lopez were in a relationship, but it ended due to his infidelity.
During his relationship with Lopez, Combs was cleared of bribery and weapons charges that arose from a nightclub incident involving both of them.
The music mogul was accused of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution. If convicted, he could receive a minimum of 15 years in prison and a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
Lopez, a Puerto Rican, has publicly supported Harris following a comedian's insulting comment about Puerto Rico at a rally last week.
Lopez stated at the rally that Trump consistently works to divide us, and at Madison Square Garden, he reminded us of his true nature and feelings. Lopez added that it wasn't just Puerto Ricans who were offended that day, but all Latinos in the country, as well as humanity and anyone of decent character.
As speculation about her relationship with Combs intensifies, the actress and pop star received criticism online for crying while discussing the "floating island of garbage" remark.
"The woman who was directly involved in Diddy's blackmail and sexual assault of men, women, and children is now begging for votes for Kamala, despite her past actions being disgusting," one person wrote.
