Kevin Noparvar views food as "a form of art," and he gained immense popularity on social media by sharing his unique perspectives on different dishes.

Noparvar, also known as @how.kev.eats on social media, has accumulated over 3.4 million followers on TikTok alone and has a significant following on Instagram and YouTube. His approach is straightforward - Noparvar orders takeout from different restaurants, films himself trying the food, typically while seated in his car, and provides an honest critique of the cuisine.

Noparvar stated to Planet Chronicle Digital that if he could make him see what he saw in the restaurant and inspire him to try their food, he would have accomplished his task.

"Noparvar stated, "I still consider myself as a person eating food in my car, and others are merely observers watching my thoughts.""

Noparvar, a man dining alone in his Tesla, has the power to influence restaurants' success through his impassioned reviews, which can generate millions of social media interactions across multiple platforms. In 2023, a video of Noparvar eating Jollibee fried chicken on TikTok was viewed 18.4 million times. However, Noparvar emphasizes that local establishments can also go viral if they receive a glowing review on @how.kev.eats social media account.

After being featured on @how.kev.eats accounts, some small businesses have experienced a surge of new in-person customers, causing them to struggle to meet the demand.

Noparvar, based in Los Angeles, enjoys local favorites such as Easy Street Burgers and DTown Pizza, while also exploring popular establishments across America to share his opinions.

Noparvar is critical of fast food chains when he doesn't enjoy a meal, but he offers constructive criticism that doesn't harm small businesses.

Noparvar has always been passionate about food and briefly attended culinary school after high school, but quickly decided it was "too intense" and ditched it to study social sciences at University of Southern California. He then tried his luck as a real estate agent, but he started to feel burned out as his side project of creating content on social media began to take off.

Noparvar stated, "I decided to go all out, even though I didn't earn any money, and it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made."

Noparvar, a 31-year-old who lived with his parents until age 29, has been generating enough income from his content for the past two years to declare it his job, despite having lofty ambitions before he was able to secure his own place.

He stated that he had always considered a career in food because Food Network had been doing it for a long time, and he was one of the kids who would stay up late watching food shows instead of cartoons or superhero movies.

"I observed a significant change in how people consume content. As a result, I recognized that my generation and the one following mine primarily consume content on their cell phones. This realization presented an opportunity for me to become what Food Network was to me."

Noparvar stated that food is both a necessity and a luxury, which makes it an excellent topic for social media content that appeals to a wide range of people. He believes that his content is successful because people use food for various purposes, such as relieving stress, escaping reality, building muscle, and refueling. When individuals have shared interests and opinions, it often results in engaging discussions.

"It's a lot like art," he said.

"It's amazing how people can have completely different opinions about the same thing, even when they are experiencing it in the same way. This is what intrigues me."
