The proposed property tax increase has caused Chicago residents to criticize Mayor Brandon Johnson at a city council meeting, as the migrant crisis continues to strain the city's finances.

P-Rae Easley, host of the "Black Excellence Hour" podcast, has gained notoriety for her bold statements.

"I'm usually here, fussing and wearing a red MAGA hat. I want to thank the city council for taking back power from our embarrassing mayor and making it clear that the city of Chicago is no longer funding illegals," she said.

On Wednesday, Easley informed Planet Chronicle that the primary concern for Chicago residents is their financial well-being. According to FOX data, Chicago has spent $574.5 million on migrants, joining other Blue cities such as New York City, Boston, and Denver in spending large sums of money on this issue.

Easley emphasized the "America first" agenda, stating that "we're not going to work to pay for illegals. They chose to come here illegally, and we don't allow people to feast off of their criminality."

Johnson argued that President-elect Trump's mass deportation threats should apply to not only new arrivals and undocumented families, but also to Black families.

Easley slammed the words as "very disrespectful," drawing ire.

"Our ancestors migrated here during the Great Migration, so we are technically migrants," she stated.

"The reason we're strongly advocating for an end to race is that when you use the term "Black," it can refer to anyone. Although some Black individuals may be deported, this has no connection to the American people. Our objective is to shut down the border and eliminate all unnecessary expenses from the city of Chicago's budget. We can no longer afford it."

By the end of the year, Johnson aims to eliminate a $1 billion budget deficit.

The city council members were direct in their comments to the mayor during Monday's meeting.

One woman wearing a "Chicago Flips Red" shirt stated, "I have a great idea for what we can do with this budget. We should start by cutting off illegals from receiving free everything, including housing, schooling, and food. This will save us a significant amount of money."

"Let's begin with you. Your salary. You will be remembered as the worst mayor in American history. Let's start by reducing yours. You earn too much money," she said.

An immigrant who legally entered the U.S. stated that she is "very, very embarrassed" by the actions of her fellow Latin Americans in the city, who are working on behalf of those who contribute to the city but do not pay taxes.

She emphasized that not everyone is the same, as these individuals arrived with an open door and felt entitled to many things that no one has. There are U.S. citizens who are suffering from poverty, and those on public aid are here simply to enjoy the benefits, becoming delinquents with no consequences.

Johnson was grilled by a third Chicago resident for not making eye contact.

He declared, "Now, I'm going to inform you, the people of Chicago, we've had enough of you."

Johnson's office failed to provide a comment when requested by Planet Chronicle Digital.
