Biden and Democrats' Middle East policy is 'very bad' for Israel, Trump says.
If President Biden had been "good to Israel," they would not have been attacked on Oct. 7, Trump claimed.
President Biden and Democrats' policy towards Israel received criticism from former President Donald Trump and a group of Republican lawmakers.
Trump stated that the Democratic leadership is "very bad" for Israel as it continues to fight for survival against Hamas.
"Israel is loyal to the Democrats, despite their being bad for Israel. Trump believes that Israel is too loyal to the Democrats, and that they should have never been attacked. Biden is also considered bad for Israel, according to Trump."
"If Biden had been good to Israel, they wouldn't have been attacked."
It appears that President Biden, who initially presented himself as a staunch advocate for Israel, has shifted his stance on the ongoing conflict.
During the State of the Union, President Biden accidentally said he and Netanyahu were going to have a "come to Jesus moment."
"He stated that he believes Israel is causing more harm than good, which contradicts its values."
Biden, like many other Democrats, particularly those on the progressive side of the party, calls for an end to the conflict.
Chuck Schumer, the Senate Majority Leader from New York, urged Israel to choose a new prime minister to replace Netanyahu in order to achieve a lasting peace between Israelis and Palestinians through a two-state solution.
The majority leader stated that he believed Prime Minister Netanyahu had strayed from the right path by prioritizing his political survival over the greater good of Israel.
On October 7, Israel also suffered significant losses. It is crucial to remember this event, and it seems that Schumer may have forgotten it. He focuses on getting more votes and sees the Palestinians and their marches as a way to achieve this. Therefore, he has chosen to support the Palestinians instead of Israel.
"Suddenly, Schumer abandoned Israel. That's what he did. He left Israel."
On Friday from the Oval Office, President Biden appeared to agree with Schumer's remarks, stating, "Senator Schumer reached out to my staff, and I'm not going to discuss the speech in detail. I believe he delivered a strong speech and raised a legitimate concern that many Americans share."
Trump stated that if he had been supportive of Israel, the Iran nuclear deal would not have been signed and Israel would not have been attacked.
