On Thursday, an undocumented migrant spoke to CNN about his support for President-elect Trump's economy plan, but opposition to the president-elect's mass deportations plan.
"Did you support Donald Trump due to the economy? The CNN reporter inquired, to which he replied affirmatively."
Two Hispanic families with mixed legal status were interviewed by CNN for a segment discussing Trump's plans to remove undocumented immigrants from the United States.
"He stated that he does not back the anti-immigrant action and that it is inhumane when asked about Trump's plan for mass deportations."
A family who was worried about President-elect Trump's plans to deport undocumented immigrants shared their fears with CNN. One member of the family revealed that he had recently received his green card after living in the country for 33 years.
After 33 years in this country, I have finally become a green card holder. However, I believe that many people do not comprehend the fear that comes with it. It is a constant threat that looms over us.

The CNN reporter stated that the immigrant hopes Trump shows mercy to immigrant fathers like him who are not criminals.
"The reporter asked, "Are you saying that you would not regret supporting Donald Trump?" before following up with, "So you are not talking about yourself, but rather your thoughts on your children and the future of your children?""
He responded and said he wanted better for his kids.
Several media pundits have attributed Latino support for Trump to misogyny and racism.
